Your player next to the surfable water on Route 40 attempting to use your Lapras Mount. Your player next to the surfable water on Route 40 attempting to surf with a Pokemon that knows the move Surf. In both of the requested screenshots, be sure to capture both the player position as well as the chat box so that I can see the position of your character along with the notification message, if one occurs, in the chat box.   8. Good day @Yumeko77 I apologize for the issues that you are experiencing. The Aqua Grunt in your provided screenshot does not disappear. Instead you are going to go west and fight the next Aqua Grunt who will reveal the location of the remote-control key to continue progression. You can find a full description of the steps needed to take on the Teleport Quest wiki sub-section of the New Mauville Wiki page, found here.   9. Good Day @Madhanmanchala I am sorry you experienced this issue. Manaphy will respawn with the same Nature, Ability, and IVs as in the original encounter. You will need to leave the area that Manaphy spawns in and reenter. To try to prevent this happening in the future, try to ensure that you are playing on a stable connection (if on WiFi) or directly hook up an Ethernet connection.   11. Good day @Bakreniprinc I am sorry that you are having issues with this part of the story. The NPC you need to speak to is named Jenson and can be found on the 2nd floor of the S.S. Anne in the very last room (right before the Captain's Quarters). Once you speak with Jenson, he will instruct you to find his Blissey in the Ballroom to receive the Secret Potion.   17. Good day @Ivanchris I apologize for the issues you are currently experiencing and will do what I can to get these sorted out. There is a lot to unpack here so I am going to ask you to confirm the major points as listed below. You previously completed the Pinkan Island quest (a few years back) After accidently talking to Officer Jenny in Vermillion City (Post quest completion), quest progress seems to have reset. Upon entering Pinkan Island Forest, the Pinkan Ranger collects your Pokeballs. You are able to get around this via taking the transport car to the Meloetta Dungeon and going towards Pinkan Island Forest. In this way, you keep your Pokeballs and are able to catch Pokemon? As well as confirming the above major points can you provide me with the following screenshots: Interaction with the transport car. Access to the Meloetta Dungeon. Encountering a Pokemon in the Pinkan Island Forest (Showing available Pokeballs in the battle window) Once again, apologies for this inconvenience and I look forward to your response.   19. Good Day @Asrahan Glad to hear that you are able to properly use the teleporter now. When you say the 'computer quest', are you referring to the the part of the teleporter quest that involved interacting with the different computers in the Pokemon Centers in Hoenn? Regards, Bitterblade

  23. Good day @Saylavi The first objective you need to do at this point is reach the main computer. This computer is in the north-eastern room. The barriers that are up can be disabled through defeating the Grunts that are in the area. If you do not see any grunts can you provide screenshots of all the rooms that you are able to access? Finally, you can reference the Wiki page for the Teleporter Quest as a second source of information. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade
  24. Good day @Quentite17 When losing to Jackson in the Pokemon School, you no longer have to talk to the reception desk and then Jackson's mother in Pallet Town. Instead of that, no matter if you win or lose, you are able to continue North towards Route 2 to continue your journey into Viridian Forest. Let me know if this has resolved your issues.
