A Warm Welcome @Scylvester As others have stated, enjoy you adventure and take your time. Also, once you finish the story, there is still more adventure awaiting! In PRO, we have NPC bosses throughout the various regions which can be challenged in an attempt to receive rewards of in-game currency (Pokedollars), mounts (looking at you Lorelei), Pokemon, and more! Besides bossing, we have various Dungeons that you can challenge solo or with a group of friends, legendary quests, seasonal events with unique Pokemon Counterparts (forms), and more! Finally, along your journey, be sure to consider doing the available repeatable activities associated with the regions that you have unlocked. For example, the daily Bug Catching Contest is located in Johto (north of Golden Rod City), Celadon Daily (located in Celadon City in Kanto), and Solaceon News Press (in Sinnoh). I hope you enjoy your adventure and if have questions along the way, be sure to ask your fellow players in-game. If you have issues, do not hesitate to reach out to the support staff via the forums (General Support, Bug Resolution Center, etc.) and the PRO Official Discord. Regards, Bitterblade

Pre-Requisites ★ Completion of the Shaymin Quest ★ A Pokémon with the move Surf (or a Surf Mount) ★ (Recommended) Team of strong Pokémon Beginning the Quest To begin the quest, you need to speak with Blacksmith Randyl in Breezy Town. He will tell you that the town is in danger and that he needs your help. After agreeing to help him, go and speak with Mayor Chris in Breezy House 1. He will tell you that you need to speak to the NPCs around Breezy Town and Breezy Path to get clues as to what is going on. If you speak with Blacksmith Randyl and he says "Mayor Chris told you to ask around the town?" then you have already agreed to assist him and spoken with Mayor Chris. Speaking with NPCs After speaking with Mayor Chris, you will need to speak with the NPCs that are in both Breezy Town and Breezy Path (this includes those that are inside houses). Specifically, there are four NPCs that will give you need to gather clues from and investigate them. The NPCs that will tell you the clues are random for each player. These clues will be information regarding an organization's movement. Be sure to read the dialogue carefully as not to miss any clues. As you acquire the clues, you can investigate the location described (one by one) or you can gather all the clues and then investigate all at once. Once you get a clue (or clues), proceed to where it tells you to go and interact with the location described (e.g., a stump, tree etc.). Once you interact with the described location, you will enter a hidden Smuggler Base. You will have to battle each Smuggler. The first Smuggler will give you dialogue to select. You will want to select the second option and then choose "I choose trouble" to begin the battle. The following smugglers will immediately battle you upon interaction. Once you defeat all four smugglers, head back to Breezy House 1 and speak with Secretary Adonis. He will now tell you the location of the secret base. Afterwards, speak with Mayor Chris to let him know that you will be infiltrating the base. Base Infiltration After speaking with Mayor Chris, head to Breezy Path. Once you arrive in Breezy Path, you will want to take the path towards Breezy Garden (west at the first fork, then east at the second fork, then follow the path until you reach Hiker Pinkman). Once you reach Hiker Pinkman, go down the stairs to the south and then west and down the next stairs to the south. Now surf east until you see a small 1x1 tile of land. Once you are on the 1x1 tile, interact with the wall (facing south) and you will go into the Breezy Cave Hidden Mines. There will be five puzzles to complete and battles to win along the way. Puzzle 1 - 3 These puzzles are tile puzzles ranging in complexity. To solve, you must have get all of the cracked flooring flipped to the yellow, electric elemental correspondence. This is done by walking over them. Be aware, each time you walk over the tiles they will change. Once you have gotten them all as the electric elemental, the boulder that is blocking the way will disappear. Puzzle 4 This puzzle is a lights out puzzle. The objective here is to get all of the tiles to have the yellow, electric tile. As you walk across each tile, it will trigger a change with all tiles adjacent to it. Once you have all of the tiles with as the electric tile, the final boulder will be removed. Puzzle 5 This puzzle spans over two rooms. To solve, you need to identify the walking path from the second room and rotate it once clockwise. Then, you need to walk this path exactly in the first room starting from the tile shown in the screenshot below. Finally, after you have solved the five puzzles and defeated the smugglers along the way, you will have to battle Smuggler Boss Bertrand. If you lose, you will be teleported back to Breezy Town and will need to go back and fight him again. You will not have to re-solve any of the puzzles or battle any of the other NPCs again. Once you defeat him, you will be teleported back to Breezy Town Finishing Up Now you need to speak with Mayor Chris in Breezy House 1. He will inform you that you should bring your Shaymin to Suzuka Cave and speak with the Guard who is blocking the chamber. With Shaymin in your party, head to Suzuka Cave and make your way to the Pink tree. Enter the Pink tree and then go down the pitfall to find Officer Nos. Once you show him your Shaymin, go inside the chamber and interact with the stone in the center of the room to receive the Crystal Gracidea Flower (you can double check that you have it in your inventory). Now head back to Breezy Town and speak with Mayor Chris in Breezy House 1. He will inform you that you should head back to where you defeated the Smuggler Leader in Breezy Cave Hidden Mines. Once you have arrived, interact with any of the colored crystals to be teleported to Breezy Cave Hidden Shrine. Continue north and interact with the shrine. You now have the ability to change Shaymin's form to it's crystal chroma. Head south and you will be met by Blacksmith Randyl. He will teleport you back to Breezy Town. Quest Complete!

Good day @Scheckel29 Firstly, welcome back to PRO! I apologize for the issues you are experiencing. Could you check the following things and provide screenshots alongside? Is Wattson at the Mauville City Pokemon Center? If so, can you provide a screenshot of the dialogue you get when you interact with him? Can you provide a screenshot of the dialogue that the Security Guard gives you when you interact with him? In New Mauville, do you see a Plusle and/or Minun roaming around? I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Waitformegf, @Rudraak, and @Danhpham345 I apologize for any issues you experienced. During the time of which this issue was reported, the game servers were experiencing issues for a couple of hours which led to players not being able to login in. The game is now back online and you should be able to log in. Could you confirm that you are able to log into the game? I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Vikirvanb According to our database, you now have 120 Kanto caught data. To be direct, caught data is acquired when you catch or obtain (via trade, lend, or evolve) a Pokemon for the first time. This is unique to each Pokemon and once you acquire it, it should not change or have to be reacquired. Also, with your newly acquired 120 Kanto caught data and over 38 evolution data, you should now be able to access Love Island. I hope this information finds you well and look forward to hearing of your successful travel to Love Island. Regards, Bitterblade
-
Good day @Vikirvanb The issues you are having are due to missing requirements for both the Boss NPC, Chuck (Gold's Gym) and access to Love Island. In order to access Chuck in Gold's Gym, you must be Johto Champion not Kanto Champion. To gain access to Love Island, you must have 120 Generation 1 caught data (Pokedex number 1 - 149, 151) and 38 evolution data. According to our database, you current have 105 Generation 1 caught data. Once you acquire 120, you should gain access. I hope this information finds you well and look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

bitterblade PVE refund for Z Stone
Bitterblade replied to Sesosojito's topic in Resolved General Support
Good day @Sesosojito I apologize for the delay in response. Your duplicate Grassium Z has been removed and your PvE coins refunded. I will be closing this thread now. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade -
Good day @Gracee Regarding the form encounter rates, this is not released information. The only encounter rates that are publicly known are Shiny (1/8,192) and Pink (1/1,500). While I understand that it is frustrating to not encounter the form you want, this comes down to purely RNG. Finally, the spawn rate for Mawile is Rare. The three tiers of rarity for spawns are Common, Uncommon, and Rare. This rarity can seem even more rare if you Repel Trick and do not encounter one for a while. Also, if you are repelling Mawile, be sure to double check that you are in the correct location and using the correct level Pokemon as your repel Pokemon. Mawile's repel information is the following: Location - Victory Road Hoenn B1F Time Cycle - Day, Morning, and Night Level - 50 - 54 (Note, anything above level 50 will repel lower level Mawile away). To check yourself for repel information of a particular Pokemon, you can use the "/repel" command with the Reborn Bot on the PRO Official Discord. I hope this information finds you well. With that being said, I will be closing this thread now. I hope this information finds you well and wish you the best in your hunt and PRO adventure. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Spaceviking90 To clarify, this was not intended to say that you were untruthful; rather, to inform you that the data that we have does not have any record of the trade. This, in turn, is reflected in your Pokedex not registering the caught data. To access Love Island, you need to have Kanto caught data and 38 registered evolution data. Once you have both of these requirements, you can speak with the Love Sailor in Vermilion City on the dock. I hope that this information finds you well and look forward to hearing of your successful access to Love Island. Regards, Bitterblade

Good Day @Hariprasadr Firstly, apologies for the delay in response and the issues you are experiencing. Could you clarify what bug and/or issue you are reporting in this thread. From what I understand, your report is related to your inability to transfer. If that is true, are you still experiencing this issue? If that is not true, can you elaborate on the specific bug you are experiencing. I look forward to your response. Regards, Bitterblade

Bitterblade replied to Invalidred007's topic in General Bugs
Good day @Invalidred007 Firstly, I apologize for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing these log in issues? If so, can you confirm that you are playing on the most recent client (available for download here) and that you are on a stable internet connection. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade -
Good day @Spaixer While I understand it can be frustrating to be just short of the amount of coins that you need or desire, this is not a request that we are able to fulfill. To acquire more coins you must either Purchase them through the Coin Shop via donations. Redemption of Coin Capsules, also known as "CC or CCs", which exchange for 100 coins once redeemed. These Coin Capsules can be acquired through purchase from other players. I realize that this may not be the answer you were hoping for and for that I am sorry. I will be closing this thread now, but wish you the best of luck. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out. Regards, Bitterblade

Good day @Spaceviking90 According to our database, you have not been involved in a trade or lending service that has the mentioned Pokemon (neither the Pokemon nor the money for the service). Do you by chance have another account that this could have happened on? I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Bitterblade
