Good day @Ebeezuk While I do apologize for the delay, I want to remind you that every member of staff operates on a pure volunteer basis meaning that each member has outside obligations (work, school, etc.). Each member juggles these responsibilities while also volunteering time to support the game and its players. Yes, the game has been experiencing disconnections. Be that as it is, going into content where a lose (no matter the cause) results is a cooldown period is a risk is advised against during periods of instability. While we are glad that you have been around for quite some time, that does not entitle you to special treatment. Once again, knowing that the servers were experiencing instability and doing Boss NPC fight is risk that is advised against. To be clear, you do not lose the win streak that you have when you lose to a boss NPC. Specifically, if you win 2 matches, lose the 3rd, and win the 4th, then you are eligible for the 3rd win reward. You will have to wait for the cooldown of the boss and challenge them again at that time. I do apologize for the experience but there is nothing that can be done regarding the issue.   10. Good day @Legendkaran11 As @Asuna2222 has stated, when opening a PvP Cosmetic set, you are prompted with a confirmation window that includes a warning. This warning informs the player that once it is opened the items become untradable, which you have to agree to to open. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist in undoing the decision to open the set. This NPC is found in each major region (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh) as the following locations.   14. Good day @Raulitop It is generally recommended to bring a party of 6 Pokemon at least level 80 or higher. To better prepare for the Kanto Elite Four, you can view the Pokemon on each Elite Four members team via the Wiki. Also, consider utilizing held items that can benefit your Pokemon. Some items are offensive and can increase the damage done by the Pokemon holding the item while others are defensive and can help boost your defenses or restore HP. You can find a list of these items and how to get them here. Finally, if you find that you still have trouble against the Kanto Elite Four, consider training your Pokemon to an even higher level or consider swapping out Pokemon for different Pokemon in your team. Type coverage, advantage, and disadvantage can be important factors to consider. I hope you are successful in your Elite Four conquest! Regards, Bitterblade

  22. Good day @Bagankiaa I apologize for the issues you are experiencing. In the past, if you were to lose to Jackson you would need to return to Pallet Town and speak with Jackson's mom. That is no longer the case, and you should be able to proceed north of Viridian City into Route 2.
