Good day @Memo3131 Apologies for the delay in response. Articuno seen data can be found in Seafoam Island B4F. If Articuno is not there, then at some point you have defeated it. Just to be clear, this encounter is for seen data only (the same is to be said for encountering Zapdos in the Power Plant and Moltres in Victory Road). If you are trying to catch any of the three legendary birds then you will need to complete the Legendary Bird Quest. Finally, what account are you encountering this issue on? Good day @Pikachuzinho Thank you for your patience. You can reload previously rolled IVs for a Legendary Pokemon via Psychic Marina for $50,000. When you speak to her, she will tell you that she can reload one of the last 3 rolls. Select "Yes!" when she asks if you want to try. Then, in your case, select Baby XD001 and then select option [2] Load previous IVs [$50,000]. Finally confirm and select the IV set in question. This quest will guide you through acquiring the legendary Pokémon Cresselia. Pre-Requisites Sinnoh Championship All non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh A Pokémon with Rock Smash or the Pick Axe tool A Pokémon with either the move Wake-Up Slap or Uproar 3 Oran Berries 10 Chesto Berries 7 Cherri Berries Roughly $65,000 Beginning the Quest To begin the quest, speak with Professor Rowan in Eterna City near the Dialga statue. He will ask you to go to Full Moon Island. Full Moon Island can be accessed by speaking with Sailor Darlow in Canalave City. When you approach Sailor Darlow, you will notice he is surrounded by Team Rocket Grunts. Interact with them to battle them both back to back. After defeating the Grunts, you will need to go to Canalave House 3 and speak with Nezuko's mom. Full Moon Island Upon arriving to Full Moon Island, you will follow the path and enter the Full Moon Island Interior. Cresselia can be found in the center of the area. Interact with Cresselia to cause Darkrai to kidnap Cresselia and drop the Lunar Wing. Pick up the Lunar Wing and head back to Nezuko in Canalave City. Interact with Nezuko, who is lying in the bed. She will then wake up. After she wakes up you will need to go and fight all 4 of the enraged Pokémon. These Pokémon are all level 100 and very strong. Gengar - Mt. Coronet 4F Mismagius - Acuity Lakefront Spiritomb - Pastoria City Sableye - Canalave Library After defeating all of the enraged Pokémon, you will find out that there are 4 Pokémon that have been left in a nightmare. You will need to wake them up by interacting with them while having a Pokémon with the move Uproar or Wake-Up Slap in your party. Clefable - Sunyshore City Dragonite - Celestic Ruins Greninja - Twinleaf Town Chansey - Hearthome City Full Moon Island Round 2 After waking up all of the sleeping Pokémon, the officer will tell you that Full Moon Island looks darker and that you should investigate. Head back to Canalave City and talk to Sailor Darlow to head there. When you arrive, Giovanni and Team Rocket awaits you. You must battle and defeat them. Giovanni's team can be seen below. Once you beat Giovanni, you will have to fight a level 120 Darkrai. Finishing the Quest Go back to the Pokémon Center to heal your Pokémon in Canalave City. Once your Pokémon are healed and you are prepared to fight Darkrai, head back to Full Moon Island Interior. Interact with Darkrai to begin the fight. This fight can be difficult so prepare accordingly. After beating Darkrai, speak to Sailor Darlow. He will tell you to go to Mossdeep City Space Center and speak to Doctor House. The doctor will need 3 Oran Berries, 10 Chesto Berries, 7 Cherri Berries, 7 Moon Dust, and $50,000 to make the potion to wake up Cresselia. You will need to travel to the Moon by talking to the gentleman on Mossdeep City Space Center 2F (This will cost $15,000). The rocks to search can be found in the following screenshot. Once you have all of the ingredients, Doctor House will give you a Awakening Potion. Get your synch Pokémon and whatever else you need to catch Cresselia and return to Full Moon Island and give the potion to Cresselia. When you are ready, battle and catch Cresselia. Quest Complete!

This quest will guide you through acquiring the mythical Pokémon Manaphy. Pre-Requisites Hoenn Championship Hoenn Championship requires defeating the Elite 4 of the Hoenn region at the Hoenn Pokedex League. This can only be done once you have acquired all 8 of the Hoenn Gym Badges. All non-legendary seen data for Sinnoh Pokémon The seen data for all non-legendary Pokémon in Sinnoh can be obtained in various ways. Firstly, simply encounter, catch, and/or evolve for the missing seen data. Catching / evolving will also give you the caught data. Another way to get the seen and caught data would be to use player offered dex service. Specifically for seen data, you can reference the Pokémon who appear as a shadow in your Pokedex. Surf Pokémon and/or Surf Mount (Recommendation) Team of 6 level 100 Pokémon Beginning the Quest This quest begins in Eumi Island which is accessed by speaking with Sailor Jacob in the Lilycove City Harbor. Once you arrive at Eumi Island Town, head North into Eumi Island Theme Park 1. When you try to enter the park, the receptionist will stop you and let you know that they are experiencing blackouts and you need to head to New Mauville. To get to New Mauville you will need to surf South-East of Mauville City. Once arrived, you need to speak with Officer Shamac and then Wattson who are outside of New Mauville. Once you have spoken to both Officer Shamac and Wattson, head back to Lilycove City. Captain Phantom When you arrive in Lilycove City, you will need to go to the South East part of the city towards the light house. There will be a black ship docked near the light house. Board the black ship. Once boarded, you will battle your way through the ship until you reach Captain Phantoms Cabin. Continue north through the cabin and battle Captain Phantom. His team is shown below. Once you have defeated Captain Phantom, he will give you the machine part. Head back to New Mauville and speak with Officer Shamac and Wattson. You will now have full access to Eumi Island Theme Park. Head back to Eumi Island and then enter Eumi Island Theme Park 1. Eumi Island Theme Park 3 After entering Eumi Island Theme Park 1, head east into Eumi Island Theme Park 3. Speak with the NPC Lizabeth to trigger a dialogue showing you Manaphy in egg form. Team Rocket will steal the egg and then Captain Phantom will steal the egg from them. Immediately following this dialogue, you will have to battle a Phantom Grunt. After defeating the grunt, the Phantom and Rocket members will disperse and you will be in a dialogue sequence with Lizabeth and Jackie. After the dialogue, you will need to head to Eumi Island Temple. Eumi Island Temple Head back to Eumi Island Town and then head west to Eumi Island Temple Entrance and then north to the temple. Speak with the NPC blocking the entrance and they will grant you access to the temple. Enter and surf north through Eumi Island Temple B1F. Speak with the NPC Kyle. Head back to Eumi Island Town and go to the docks. Speak with Sailor Chip to head to the Temple of the Sea. Temple of the Sea After arriving at the Temple of the Sea, head north until you enter the Temple of the Sea Grounds. Although the entrance cannot be seen, it is under the pillars in the provided screenshot. Speak with Kyle which will trigger Captain Phantom to appear. Head north and battle the opposing Phantom Trainers that are not in a battle. Head north and then take the teleport pads to battle Captain Phantom. He has the same team as before except his Pokémon are all level 100 now. After defeating Captain Phantom, the temple will begin to flood. You will be teleported outside the Crown Room. Head south to exit the Temple of the Sea. Once you are outside, Lizabeth will speak with you and then Manaphy will go back inside. Follow Manaphy back in. Once back in the flooded Crown Room, you will need to assist Manaphy in putting back jewels. Specifically, you will need to interact with the blue rocks to find large jewels and then try to place them into the black / red pillar above the center rocks. Head back to the Temple of the Sea Entrance and go all the way South where you will see Jackie, Captain Phantom, and the other NPCs waiting. After approaching them, dialogue will begin and then you will be told that Manaphy is ready to battle you. Catching Manaphy Speak with Shep to exit the Temple of the Sea and return to Eumi Island Town. Go to the Pokémon Center and get whatever you need to catch Manaphy (synch, false swipe, etc). When you are ready to return, speak with Sailor Chip. Head back to the Crown Room, where Manaphy awaits. Quest Complete!

As you have correctly stated, I am unable to do anything regarding the form Pokemon that you have lost due to the crash. What I can provide you with are recommendations to combat the game crashing. If you are playing on a wireless network then be sure to be closer to the router where the signal would be the strongest. Rather than playing on a wireless network, consider connecting via direct Ethernet. If you believe the crashes to be related to the game and not network related, please submit a ticket in the Bug Resolution Center. Be sure to include any information you can to assist us in trying to reproduce your reported crash. This quest will guide you through acquiring the legendary Pokémon Heatran. Pre-Requisites Sinnoh Championship Sinnoh Championship requires you to have beaten the Sinnoh Elite 4 which can be found in the Pokémon League Sinnoh (North of Sunyshore City). To access the Sinnoh Elite 4, you must have acquired all 8 Gym Badges from Sinnoh. All non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh (Dex entry 387 - 479) The caught data for all non-legendary Pokémon in Sinnoh can be obtained in various ways. Firstly, simply catch and/or evolve for the missing caught data. Another way to get the caught data would be to use player offered dex service. You can identify what caught data you are missing by opening your Pokedex and looking for entries that do not have a Pokeball on the bottom right of their sprite. Have only one level 60 or less Pokémon in your party. Beginning the Quest The quest begins in Stark Mountain in Sinnoh's North East islands. These islands can be accessed by either the Teleporter (requiring the Hoenn / Sinnoh Teleporter Quest to be done) or by speaking with the Sailor in Snowpoint City. The closest Pokémon Center to Stark Mountain is in the Survival Area. From the Survival Area, you will need to go East through Route 225, Route 226, Route 227, Stark Mountain Exterior Pt, and Stark Mountain Entrance Pt. NOTE: It is highly recommended to go through these routes and clear the NPC Trainer battles before bringing your single, level 60 Pokémon to avoid accidental leveling. Once you have cleared the areas, return to the Survival Area Pokémon Center and get only your level 60 or less Pokémon then head back to Stark Mountain Entrance Pt and speak with Buck. He will then ask you if you are ready, select "1. Yes!" and the quest has begun. Note: When entering, all Rare Candies, Exp. Candy, and Master Balls will be removed from your bag. Inside the Cavern Once you are inside the cavern, you will need to approach Commander Mars and Charon to trigger some dialogue. After the dialogue, they will venture deeper into the cavern. Buck will then apologize for dragging you into this but informs you that if you need your Pokémon healed while you are hear that you can speak with him. Note: If you leave the cave and your Pokémon has grown to above level 60, you will have to acquire a new level 60 Pokémon. There are a few options to consider while you are in the caverns. Take the shortest path to the Heatran Room (path provided in the screenshot below) The shortest path will also mean the fewest trainers. Catch Pokémon in the area to expand your team. Battle trainers to level up your Pokémon. The decision is yours and when you are ready, head to the Heatran Room. If at any point you lose a fight, you will respawn in a room at the bottom left of Stark Mountain Main Cavern Pt. You will lose money and still have to battle the Trainer that you lost to. Heatran Room Once you reach the Heatran Room, a dialogue cutscene will begin between Commander Mars, Charon, Buck, and yourself. Afterwards, Buck will heal your party and a battle with Commander Mars will begin. Her team can be seen below. After defeating Commander Mars, you will have to fight the Level 80 Heatran. After defeating the Heatran you will be teleported to Stark Mountain Exterior Pt. Catching Heatran After you get teleported out of the Caverns, head to a Pokémon Center and grab your sync Pokémon and prepare to catch Heatran. You can also talk to Buck to retrieve your Rare Candies and Master Balls. Once you have everything you need, head back to the Heatran Room where you will be able to catch the Level 30 Heatran. Quest Complete!

Good day @Samhadsomeboy In PRO, you can only obtain a single Exp. Share item. Specifically, you have the ability to obtain this item in all of the regions in case you missed it in the previous region. For example, if you didn't get the Exp. Share item from Professor's Aide in the Route 2 Stop House then you have another chance to get it when you go to Johto (from the National Park Stop House as you have shown in your screenshot). In the same fashion, if you acquired the Exp. Share in Kanto then you will be unable to receive another one in any of the locations in the other regions as a player may only have 1 Exp. Share item.
