Hey @Tgbnamish. Doing bosses on two accounts is within the Overall Game Rules. As the rules states: 2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: Any account created counts towards your 4 total, not just active ones. 0 hours, 0 badges, never played on? They count. Received accounts, count towards your total. Given away accounts, do not count towards your total anymore. Received/Given away only count if you changed the password/email of said account otherwise it still belongs to the original creator Exploiting more than 4 allowed accounts in order to gain mass profit or frequently gaining large amounts of income. If someone has quit PRO and gave their account to you, take anything you want at once and stop using it only if you already own 4 accounts. Be aware doing this may trigger a ban in which you will need to appeal and provide proper evidence of the account being given to you. (Example: Having the password of more than 4 accounts you received by people who are inactive in order to fight bosses, doing PvE quests to receive rewards, or progressing during a Special Event in order to receive one time rewards such as Reroll Tickets, etc...) Greetings @Juha. I apologize for the misinformation. The correct system for the Celadon Daily is once every 24 hours, you can collect the Pokémon that the man assigns you. It must be freshly caught, after the Pokémon has been assigned and you have until daily reset to capture and submit the Pokémon. As for the prize items, you can feel free to create suggestion thread on the appropriate forum channel. I hope this clears up any confusion. Hazegeek

I regret to inform you that any money or item gained past the maximum limit will not be gained, but lost. If you wish to aquire more than the maximum amount of Poké dollars, you can create up to 4 accounts total, and disperse the money as you choose across the 4. Greetings @Versoters0. My apologies for the delayed response. I regret to inform you that staff cannot reroll stats for you in this instance. It is ultimately the players responsibility to accept or deny stats when re-rolling. It is also the players responsibility to notice when stats are accepted and confirmed. If this is to happen in the future while re-rolling s legendary Pokémon, it will be your responsibility to notice the change, and load up to the last three IV re-rolls. Hey @Gargulcomen I have a couple of questions/suggestions. Regarding the maze, I noticed the photo is dark, try searching the entirety of the maze with flash. Route 134, have you check behind all small and large rocks? Victory Road Sinnoh, have you checked the entirety of the cave? -

Good day @Gargulcomen. I apologize for the delayed response and i'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties in your search for the elusive Latios. I would like to cover all of the bases to ensure we are accurately executing the quest objectives. There are 10 possible locations to find Latios and they are: Petalburg Maze in the northeast corner. HM01 Cut is required in order to access the maze and HM05 Flash is recommended as it is dark in there. Devon Corporation 3rd floor. Granite Cave. Route 124 Underwater. Route 123 at the lake. Shoal Cave in the ice room at low tide. Mossdeep Gym Sky Pillar 5th floor. Victory Road Hoenn. Route 134, hidden behind a rock. If you are sure you have correctly searched all of these locations to no avail, I would ask that you search them one more time and provide a screen shot of each, and the dialog of the television providing Latios is still roaming. Greetings @Yumeko77. I apologize to inform you that staff cannot reimburse a reroll ticket after it has been used, as it's the players responsibility to choose when to use them. As previously stated, IV reroll tickets yield new IVs at random, and it is by complete chance that you get the desired IV spread. You can choose one of the last three IV spreads by paying a fee of 50,000 to Psychic Marina. You can aquire more reroll tickets by collecting PVE coins through boss battles, bug catching contest, mono type tournament, dungeons, and more. You can use these PVE coins to purchase IV rerolls for the price of 250 PVE coins from the PVE Coin Master in every Department Store. You can also purchase new IV reroll tickets through trade chat. Greetings @Jagotheking! I apologize for the inconvenience of the unwanted evolution of Tangela. It is to my greatest regard that staff cannot de-evolve Pokémon that a player has chose evolve as it causes stress to the database. The only circumstance in which this service is provided by staff is when a negligent service has happened via another player and said player has been unfaithful to a service agreement. For future endeavors with Tangela evolutions, it evolves after it has learned the move Ancient Power and then levels up. You can find more info on Tangela via the PRO Wiki. Greetings again @Escudo777. I apologize to inform you, upon deeper investigation our systems show that you have submitted 8 Fennekin, with a total of IV count of 781. The required IV count to aquire the World Quest reward at .5% was 944. This conclusion draws that you were not eligible for the reward.
