Greetings again @Escudo777. I apologize to inform you, upon deeper investigation our systems show that you have submitted 8 Fennekin, with a total of IV count of 781. The required IV count to aquire the World Quest reward at .5% was 944. This conclusion draws that you were not eligible for the reward. Accidental purchase from pve coin shop

Greetings @Tgbnamish! Unfortunately staff are not able to return coins that a player has chose to spend. It is ultimately up to the player to confirm or deny a purchase of any capacity. One option is to sell the item that is not desired in Trade Chat, and then use that money to put toward "buying PVE coins". You can have another player buy the item you want in trade for money. Transfer bought mounts from silver to gold server

Greetings @Pandvin! I apologize you're having issues retrieving your items. There are a couple of ways that you can get your mounts from silver to gold. One option is to have someone who is transferring servers, to bring the items with them. A second option is to log-in to PRO Player Dashboard and transfer your main Silver account, to Gold Server. When doing this there is a clean swap of progress of each server. It is important to know that each player only gets one free transfer per 30 days. You can transfer more than once per month, but each additional transfer does cost a fee of 100 coins. I hope this gives some clarification. If you continue to run into issues please reach back out. Greetings @Jesusotaku123! The requirements have been changed for the Eon Duo Quest. To start the Eon Duo Quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Hoenn and Hoenn Championship. Hey @Frozelia! I apologize for the delay. Out system shows that this is a known issue and requires a server restart. If this with addition of the new season being updated does not fix the problem, try to uninstall the client and reinstall. I look forward to hearing back of the progress -Hazegeek

Greetings @Hodenamboden! There are guidelines that stipulate the chat that is used within this game and usernames. If you wouldn't consider the phrase or word "PG" rated, it would technically be against the rules as many people play this game, including children of various ages. With that being said, interpretation is another aspect of phrasing. "Balls on the ground" in my interpretation could mean "Pokéballs on the ground". If you feel you need to change your username for any reason you can do so in the PRO Player Dashboard for a fee of 500 coins. Happy Gaming! -Hazegeek

Greetings @Rafaelvpp! I apologize for this setback your experiencing. Your Sableye can be restored but there will be some prerequisites to doing do. You will need to provide as much information as you can about the Sableye you want back. This will help track it properly. Information that is helpful includes ID number, Original Trainer, nature, ability, IV's. For this to work you will need to give a Sableye to get a Sableye. You will need to capture a new Sableye to release, You need to also provide screen shots of the new Sableye being released so it can be tracked. This includes the message showing the Pokémon was released in the chat windows. Once this is done I can put in the request for restoration. Only they can resolve this. Other players infractions are between them and staff alone. I apologize for the inconvenience but If your friend has put in an appeal and is waiting, please be patient as staff as a whole is understaffed, and each staff member has many responsibilities to which they cater. This is after all a voluntary role and staff members have their own responsibilities outside of the game which include but are not limited to jobs, family, children, their own free time and availability, and time zone differences. With all of this being said, I will now lock this thread and consider it to be resolved and your friend can wait to hear back from appeals. Happy Gaming. -Hazegeek

Have you spoke with the Mysterious Cultist in Vermilion City to receive your reward from the Word Quest? If you have general questions regarding World Quests, you can visit the PRO Wiki regarding the WQ If you have spoken with the cultist and are still having further issues, take screen shots of what the cultist tells you and reply with the dialog.
