Hello @Sesosojito! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. James NPC doesnt offer the Reroll ticket by himself. He does offer a Nature Reroll if you have completed no quest during the Valentine Day event. To be able to get the IVs locked Reroll Ticket, you will have to go to the building before the Garden and you will have to spoke with a NPC called "Psyduck Fan", he can be found in one of the right-side room. Hello @Darkdestro! It is not a bug. Event map is not open yet, you can only hunt the Valentine form in the wild (everywhere except pinkan island). First, I would like to tell you that you are not doing Pikachu Z-Crystal quest currently, you are doing the Alolan Z-Crystals quest which is for : - Mimikyium Z - Kommonium Z - Lycanium Z - Aloraichuim Z But here as stated by the NPC, you have to go to Celadon City to fight her sister called "Pikala" make sure to have a Pikachu in your party to be able to fight her! I highly recommend you to check this video about the Z-Crystal since there is no wiki page about that currently, here is the link of the guide! It is a known issue where music corrupt on rare case when trying to download. It is being worked on by DEV but NO ETA when it will be fixed. Waiting for a response if it solves your issue. It is your own responsability to be careful when you see a pokemon you want to catch. That why the pop-up is there to be aware that you have a form. As stated there Requirement is: [Changed] To start the Cresselia Quest, you require all non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and Sinnoh Championship. But from our database, you are missing few pokemons such as : Magmortar, Porygon-Z, Carnivine, Hippodon, Shieldon and his evolution and Dusknoir ! You will require to catch them to be able to start the Cresselia quest. More informations about the quest can be found in the Wiki ! But before this, I recommend you to buy a Fresh Water in the vending machine at last floor of Dept. Store and a pokemon with a sleep move such as : Sleep Powder or Spore (Highly recommend you to catch a Caterpie in the Ilex Forest before Goldenrod City) and you will be able to process into the Team Rocket Hideout, keep in mind that it will be a Hide and Seek and you will have to speak with a lot of crate to save Abandonned pokemon. Hello @Lyon999! Apologies for the issue you are dealing with. You will require full Kanto caught pokedex but due to a pokemon deletion issue in the previous month, some data could be deleted. From our database, it look like there was one pokemon removed from your pokedex data, which is: Marowak but be sure to check if every Kanto pokemon have the little pokeball icon next to his pokedex data. You will require to get his caught data again to be able to go Shamouti Island and caught the last bird you want. Once again Apologies for the issue.
