To put it shortly, yes. You will still have to wait out the queue after buying membership. It would be unfair on non-members as they wouldn't be able to join the servers after they fill up on membership players.

But... they just added a third server and it's already been said many times that making the servers bigger isn't possible.

I've played PRO on both high end and low end PCs and I've never encountered the problem which leads me to believe it's the system you are playing on that is causing the overheat. Try opening a window or turning on a fan, turning down the brightness on your system will also help. Make sure you are not charging your system whilst playing too as this can cause the battery to heat up.

The dialogue in PRO will never be translated to other languages as there is a lot of dialogue already and new dialogue is being added every day. As far as I know the only plans for translation are the menus and user interface.
