Hi there, I see that you mistake between daytime and morning. The daytime must be 10am to 4pm that different with morning time 4-10am. So make sure you evolve it when max happy 255 at time between 10 am to 4 pm.

As I said above, his partner is Rattata and his team is well-know and legend for all fan of Pokemon. I don't see any point for requirment pikachu Lv90 as it not related to him and also similar to Jessie and James boss (The requirement need to be different). And the requirment is Rat Lv80 so it very easy to get it. And his reward is Ratata Shiny, I don't think any reason for give 100% other shiny pokemon as it is MMO, not handheld game. 3/ Evasion system will be in the future, it just need the time as PRO still in development. --Moved to proper place--

I will recommend you not evolve your pokemon for fast level up. Nothing can do with this, as per type pokemon have cons when levelup. As pikachu and squirtle so hard to train at the beginning in viridian forest, while your charmender so easy to do it. There always have pro and cons with your pokemon choice and trainning. Bearing in mind that PRO is MMO type not handheld game. Locked as denied.

Nah, I think they just don't understand what you meant this time.
