This guide is pretty outdated.Arena Trap ban is recent,so yes it is banned,but wasn't at the time.

Cool idea indeed,don't really like the idea of having a new move,so i'd think it wuld be better if it was an item you could use in a battle,with one use.And you could buy that item in PokeMarts

Hey @FENIXDRACO No,the ability is not banned.It's only banned if you use the move "Protect" with this ability as stated here

Yeah that's true Latias should be in this list,not highly ranked though.Healing wish not being in the game makes latias completely worthless and there's really no point to use that mon over latios.
