Does he have the "cannot connect to server" thingy pop-out? If so then I have the same problem. :Frown: The "cannot connect to server" notice means the server is currently down - it also may be caused by an unstable internet connection. If the server is down you will not be able to connect in this time. You can use the Server Status Checker to tell when the server is up.

The Red server has crashed, please try to log back in when the server is online again. You can check the status of the server using the Server Status Checker. Unfortunately you will need to fight the E4 again if there has been any rollback, as anything lost due to rollback cannot be refunded.

Is your client up to date? This is the PROMAC 952 version. If so, do you receive an error message when trying to log in - or does your device simply not launch the client at all?
