  1. There's no explanation. It's one of PRO's mechanics, you can actually try out with any Pokemon. Take a Magikarp for instance, quite easy to level up, while Gyarados will need way more experience each level.
  2. No, as you can see here: It's a level 6 Pikachu. it would require more EXP to reach the next level if you evolved it already.
  3. No, we can't. But you should still see when he's logging in, so you will be able to re-add him eventually. Also, you can type /friend name to add other players to your friend list. Good luck.
  4. Loading another area should fix that issue. Restart your client, if it didn't apply.
  5. We can't move accounts to the other servers, as they all have separated save files. We would risk possible clones and hacks by copying them. We declined multiple requests from other users, we would open Pandora's box if we moved yours, apart from it being impossible. You can start over on the new server, like many users did when we introduced the blue server. Sorry for your inconvenience, enjoy your game. Best regards.
  6. You just need to look at the needed EXP for the next level. You can see there's a difference, rather irrevelant at low levels but growing each level.

  9. Restart your PC, and use the compatible mode.
  10. Redownload the client and extract the file without using WinRAR and 7zip and/or disable your Anti-Virus, if none of those guides seem to help you out.
  11. It's a server-side issue. Your character is still logged in on the map server of PRO even though you logged out. Probably caused by logging out of PRO but not closing the client. You'll need to wait for a server reboot as it's the only way to get rid of that problem. Sorry for your inconvenience, best regards.

  17. The client may need some time to load maps, items, NPC's - caused by exceeded bandwidth due to mass of players who are playing/trying to connect. It should last a few minutes and the game will run fluently once you completed it.

  21. There's various Move Relearners throughout the regions, like leotosi mentioned. You can get any previous move that way, for a small fee of 2K each.

    You hit a latent queue which is invisible. It's still a queue after all, you'll login eventually so I advise to remain patient. The so called 'ghost queue' is caused by an exceeded bandwidth. It's no bug at all. They server can't stand the lot of players.
