However, in the future, please make sure you've looked over this list of suggestions that have already been made and will be denied - "alternative payment" is already listed there. Alternate payment methods have been suggested in the past several times before. We understand that it may be inconvenient to donate via Paypal in certain countries, but this will ultimately depend on our developer Shane's discretion, as there are limitations on his ability to accept donations from other payment methods.   2. Okay thanks, this is the first time I've played Pokemon so i didn't know this existed. Still a bit annoying though lol. Yep, if you miss out on a level-up move due to a server crash or a mistake in general, you can re-purchase your move from one of the Move Relearner NPCs, available in all regions.   4. If you were playing on Yellow when this happened, it's because the server crashed and went offline. It's back up again now so you should be able to play now. We can't give you an ETA on when new movesets will be updated, so please be patient and wait in the meantime. Keep an eye on the game's update logs, as that's where you'll be informed of movesets, abilities, and so forth being added into the game. Please do not continue to open new threads about this, as they will be locked.
  9. Which server are you playing on? If you're on the Yellow server, it's currently down, which would be why you were disconnected just now. You will always be given notice in-game for planned server reboots or maintenance. If the server goes offline abruptly, you're safe to assume that it was a server crash. Unfortunately, though, we can't control or give warning for those.

  11. Unfortunately, we can't give you an ETA on server reboots, as they don't really follow a set schedule. However, I'd recommend keeping an eye on this server status checker, as it'll tell you whether the server you play on is online or offline, and it'll also show how long your server's been online for. If you see that the server is marked as "Offline" or has only been up for a short period of time, that's a good indicator that a reboot is either imminent or has already happened recently.   12. Hi, here's the direct link to our IRC channel. IRC is a live chat support system, so it isn't accessible in-game - you'll have to open it on your browser. As Integer has said, you can join the chat on your browser while you're in-game, then wait for an available staff member to respond and teleport you into Giovanni's room for the Silph Scope.
  13. Hi, if you're still having issues with the Loading Map screen, usually the best solution is simply to wait it out. It can take the game a while to load the map data, as many players are all trying to connect to the server and play at the same time. We're actually aware of this issue already, but thank you for reporting it anyway! :) In the meantime, please be careful not to drag Pokemon from the PC into your chatbox, since that will cause the visual error as you've said. You'll need to restart the client fully, after which the issue should resolve itself. Topic moved to the proper forum.

  18. Hi there. Have you made sure to follow all the steps of the SS Anne quest correctly? You can check this guide for a walkthrough. In the meantime, here are some common things that players forget to do when trying to complete the quest: 1. Make sure you have selected all help-related dialogue options when you speak to Dr. Neumann in the kitchen. This is important, as the pharmacist won't speak with you about the Secretpotion unless you've selected the correct dialogue options. 2. Make sure you've checked all trash cans in the kitchen, as there'll be a Pecha Berry hidden in one of them. 3. Make sure you deliver the Pecha Berry to Jenson the pharmacist, who's on the second floor of the SS Anne. If you've done all of those things properly, Blissey should appear at the Ballroom afterwards. Topic moved to the appropriate subforum.
  19. Image relinked properly. Hi, this can happen if you haven't opened your bag in battle for a while, as it'll take the server some time to load up the data of the items within your bag. I recommend trying to open your "Items" tab in battle about every 5-10 minutes or so. That should allow your client to run more fluidly, and prevent further freezing while you're farming Pokemon.   20. Valencia Island is not currently accessible in game. As Thor has commented in this thread, it is a long-term area that is being worked on, so you can expect to wait a while longer for its release. In the meantime, keep an eye on the Announcements board, as that's where you'll see news and updates about new areas, events, etc. Thanks for your patience!

  22. Quoting for visibility: To clarify, Lampent/Chandelure are not immune to Ground-type attacks in the handheld games, either. They have always received damage from Ground-type moves. This isn't a bug, so I've moved the topic to the appropriate forum instead.
  23. Hi there, Skydefender. We're actually aware of this bug already, but thank you for reporting it anyway! As you said, just try to avoid dragging the Pokemon from the PC, as that's what will cause this visual error to appear. Topic moved to proper forum.
  24. Hi, can you clarify what the issue is? From this screenshot, it seems like you're in queue, which is normal. Do you mean that you're getting stuck at the same queue position for a long time? Check your Internet connection, restart your client, restart your PC, etc. Sometimes it also takes a while for the queue number to move, so please try to wait patiently. Topic moved to proper forum.
  25. Topic moved to the proper forum. As others have said, restart your client fully to fix this. In the future, make sure to only drag Pokemon already in your party to the chatbox, as dragging directly from the PC will cause this issue.
