Hi there. Unfortunately we can't replace your mount or refund your coins in this case, since you used them when purchasing your mount. However, the good news is that mounts are still tradable. As Repulser has suggested, you can try trading your Shiny Arcanine mount with someone who has a Shiny Ninetales mount. You can also sell your mount and use the Pokedollars you get to purchase a Shiny Ninetales mount instead. Try looking for a deal via Trade Chat in game, or through our Trade subforums. I'm very sorry about the inconvenience. Best of luck, hopefully you're still able to acquire your Shiny Ninetales mount.

Hi, you need to finish the Team Rocket story quest at the Celadon Game Corner first. Here's a guide on how to complete the quest. You should be able to enter the Celadon Gym and battle Erika afterwards.

In the future, please make sure your leader is careful when making important decisions like this. If you can collect 400k, you can make a new guild and choose a new name that way - otherwise, however, you'll have to work with the guild name you've already selected. Hi there. Don't worry about the scientist NPC, as he was only blocking the cave entrance for the sake of story progression - he doesn't have a role beyond that. After you've beaten the miniboss inside the Tanoby Key, you can access the five dig spots behind it. Check this guide for a list of some of the Pokemon/items you can unearth from those dig spots. Afterwards, you can try heading over to the Tanoby Ruins and exploring there. Unfortunately, I believe there's no way to access the area the sailor NPC is guarding, at this time. Sorry about the inconvenience.

This post may help. Try to follow the picture exactly and put quotation marks around the file name before you type -force-d3d9 in the target. There's also a new game client out now, so make sure to download that and try again!

As Windypuff has said, the Team Rocket grunt at Mt. Silver has a cooldown of 2 hours real time. However, I'd like to add that progressing through Mt. Silver is not necessary to access Hoenn. In order to reach Hoenn, you'll need to bring a Level 80+ Rattata with your OT to Indigo Plateau and fight the Youngster Joey boss, as he's blocking the Hoenn transport NPC. Here's a guide with tips and further information.

Hi, just to clarify - please rest assured that you haven't been hacked, your account is simply deadlocked to the server due to the server-side glitch. Unfortunately we can't give an ETA on server reboots, as they don't really follow a set schedule. However, I'd recommend keeping an eye on this server status checker - it'll show whether the server you play on is online or offline. If its status is set to "Offline," or you notice that it's only been up for a short period of time, that's a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already recently happened. Sorry about the inconvenience. Hopefully you're able to play again soon!

Hi there. Can you describe your problem in more detail for us? Are you stuck at the Loading Map screen, or are you simply unable to launch the client? Providing a screenshot would also help here - you can refer to this guide on uploading images within forum posts.

Press your Escape button, as that will bring up a menu that allows you to go into "Options." Click "Options," then make sure the Fullscreen box is checked next to your Resolution settings under the Graphics tab.
