It appears though that they all smell the same except a few that don't actually smell rather just have the text if you wanna use honey. Rt 15 smells Rt 12 doesn't Celadon smells I did Rt15, then Celadon and then returned to Rt12 and it was suddenly smelling no idea honestly

Above 600 legis were never designed to be obtainable The areas already has spawns but I guess staffs have other plans for it hence its not open yet No, IV rerolls only got added because it was for legis only, if you don't like how the stats of a normal pokemon are then you can simply get a new one :/ Agreed, +1 Agreed, +1

If this ever were to be a thing, you can bet that it won't be anything close to what you could make selling them. There is a similiar NPC already ingame for Berries/Pokeballs and it gives you very little amount for these items.
