Yeah if you have 510 EVs at level50, the EVs will have an effect of 8EVs = 1 stat increase but if you are at level100 with 510 EVs, 4 EVs mean = 1 stat increase

"yeah at level50 you will have 50% of the lv100 stat boosts, meaning 8EV for +1 stat as opposed to 4 per 1 at 100, for instance" Your Pokemon is just too low level for EVs to actually have a big impact

It was changed due to more base XP, a more balanced spawn around Drillbur and overall improvement of that Route

Do you have any video of that happening/can replicate that with another item such as a berry or something? I am not able to replicate it at all and it's also not how Covet works.

Reason: Dugtrio is the most controversial pokemon in the metagame right now, it's just ridiculous how it constantly pressures shit out during a battle just because you don't want it to trap your potential win condition, and most of time you are just forced into saccing it because you don't have any way to break through your opponents team, dugtrio not only trap a billion of shit but he also affects your way to play, because you have to play around that in a way where your opponent can't safely trap meaning that your opponent will have the momentum most of the time which is not competitive at all.
