Hello editigre, the website is currently under maintenance duo to a server issue with the red server, the ladder reset needs to wait a bit more since Red needs to wait for Shane to check on something. :)

and as for the other TM, there is no ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for things to be added to the game

Was it "A poisoned Pokemon" or "A badly poisoned Pokemon"? There is a difference in that and I assume it's just a poisoned one. I marked the difference. A poisoned Pokémon will take damage equal to 1/16 of its maximum HP every turn, after it attacks, or at the end of the turn if it did not attack. If a poisoned Pokémon causes an opponent to faint, the poisoned Pokémon will not take damage that turn. Outside of battle, all poisoned Pokémon lose one HP for every four steps taken. A badly poisoned Pokémon takes damage equal to 1/16 of its maximum HP on the first turn, after which damage increases by 1/16 each time it takes poison damage. When a badly poisoned Pokémon is affected by Haze, switches out, or when the battle ends, its poison status becomes regular poison.

Hello tivini, did you check your entire box (not using the search function)? Did you just caught it before the crash?

I am not into those technical issues that much so I assume you have to wait for an admin to check it out sadly, as I can't help you further, sadly. x.x

Are you sure you are requesting the account to the correct email and are you sure you using the correct account details to log in? DId you confirm your email address at first?

I guess you have to wait for an admin to check this out then, wait for a staff member to reply now. :)

Hello Mikesenjin, are you sure you logged into the right account? Are you sure you logged into the right server? Did you check the Dashboard where your progress is on?

Burn damage doesn't increase overtime. Poison damage doesn't increase overtime if it was from toxic spikes (only if it was caused by 2 layers of toxic spikes aka badly psn'd) Poison damage increases when the opponent was poised by the toxic move. Poison doesn't decrease atk stats. I don't get the report, what is wrong?

Hello Kaechi, are you sure you logged into the right account and the right server? Did you check your entire box (not just the search function)? Did you give your account details to anyone? Did you release it?
