Hello Chismya, this a known bug when you don't click on the backpack in a long time and keep running away from wild pokemon; you can solve this by clicking on the backpack like every 5-10minutes; and for the pokemon, there is sadly nothing they can do solve this issue. This is actually a pretty good guide and I actually learned something but you have some really crucial mistakes in there, like suggesting sandstorm when like 3 of them have the swift swim ability and as secondary type water; that's just wrong.
