Hello baladeiromk1, unfortunately there is nothing you can do right now to make the game keep going, your opponent as you said left the game (got his 10min ban), so if the game doesn't continue, you have to disconnect too sadly.

Try changing the GUI scaling, worked for me

Am I allowed to put Blissey to sleep, then Celebi and then another pokemon; meaning all Natural Cure pokemon? Yes. You could also do it if you put Blissey to sleep then Celebi then Starmie then Altaria then Roserade then another pokemon meaning you could have his entire team asleep at one time :Smile: They are not asleep if they switch out though.

Yes is correct account and server ;c You didn't take a screenshot of your reward by any chance? It seems like this issue can only be resolved by a staff sadly x.x
