Thank you for your suggestions. 1. As I'm sure you're aware, Pokemon were much more rare when this game began. I personally preferred the old spawn method, but we transitioned to an easier one based on suggestions/complaints from players. This debate will continue forever. 2. Same as above. Originally Synchronize wasn't in game. It was added later in response to the low spawn rates. After the spawn rates were increased, Synchronize was left in game. 3. I won't even respond to this. Any suggestions which give unfair MS advantages are not considered. 4. We're working on it. ;D Content creation takes a long time, and we're still working through the few remaining bug issues we have with current content. 5. This is a side-effect of making things region specific. Look at it this way, restriction-free trading is an end-game advantage.

Honestly, you're just having really bad luck with when the server crashes. That specific abandoned Pokemon has been tested hundreds of thousands of times without issue. Let me know if it happens again. Thanks. :)

I don't know where you found this information, but it's wrong.

Don't worry; this will be resolved! :) Sounds like there was some bad timing with the server going down. Normally, it works like this: You make your donation, you log out, then log back in and you have your coins. Sometimes issues arise and this isn't the case. Please allow 24 hours for the donation to be processed. After 24 hours, you can make a post in the "Donation Issues" section of the forums if you still haven't received your coins. Look at the rules on the top of the section to see which information you will need to post.

Simply put: He doesn't want to carry around a Pokemon with the HM moves. Yes this would be nice, but I don't think it will be implemented.

The best advice I can give you is to try and log out after every rare Pokémon catch to "force save" your account. This may help prevent rollback issues, but sadly it isn't always 100% effective either.

Not all moves have been coded into the game yet. Mirror Move has not been coded yet. If a move doesn't do anything (no effect at all) then it's because it hasn't been coded.
