As they said you cannot restart your character but you can always make an alternate one.

Some e-mail providers are untrustworthy and so sometimes they get blacklisted. Most viable solution is gmail, most people got their e-mails right-after registrating using gmail.

I advise you to find a friend or family-member who will help you out and also check if your warranty covers rooting phones and mods (for example my phone seller company won't do anything to my phone if it's modded. Even if it was one day old) She's a girl.

try to right click on the .rar file and go to 7-zip, extract all. If not download Winrar and open it and extract.

ctrl+a to select both files. Click on the extract button https://prntscr.com/8ws7zv and extract them ina new folder.

Stupid question, but did you extract the file? You extract the files and get two files. PROdata and exe; You just open the exe file after the extraction and it should work.
