When you use the reset password option an e-mail with a link is sent to your address. It doesn't change it or anything, just open the e-mail, go to the link and change your password.

The server capacity is filled, a queue should appear afterwards when you hit on login when the queue is full

I know this must sound funny, but did you connect to the Red server by accident?

When it doesn't do anything it means that you're internet connection is lagging behind. If it just freezes it mostly means that the server is currently down (you'll get that message soon afterwards)

I really don't know the exact prices of the two servers but they aren't as cheap as you think, believe me. And as we said Blue server will get soon an update on it's hardware.

Use screens, double check for stats, IVs, items and the rest. If you see a staffer online first ask him to trade evo. if you're making an important trade, or giving poke for daycare be sure to take a picture first. That would be it, and it is really hard to scam if you are careful.

We understand the complaint but we sadly can't do anything about it. We can't stop people from playing (we could but lmao)

The only thing needed to battle Lance is to have all pokemon at lvl 100. Did you by any chance had a lower lvled poke in your team?

What's your issue on blue server? Red is full so there's a queue.

To answer you in one word: no. There won't be any updates that will reset any player data whatsoever (staff sometimes can take away some items, but that's another story and section).

A wild Blaziken or with trainer?

There were topics like this in the past where nicknaming was suggested, it would just be too much for gms to govern (+18 names and vulgar names for example) so it won't happen.
