This topic is one of many. We have our measures to take out bots and their main. It's non of players business, we're happy if we get reports and ofcourse checking players if they are suspected. Anyways, as i said it's non of the players business. I'm locking this to prevent further spread of this. Do not talk about Botting in public forum, the chance that someone will change from bot to a legit player is almost 0, but the chance of a player becoming someone who uses Automation Software is bigger. Locking all bot related topics with this reason.

Indeed i agree with lunestra here, beeing on a forum doesn't mean automatically that the person uses a bot. It's rather out of intrest on getting some people or checking for evidence and all that. There are still alot more legit players than bots which is what we appreciate. Bot accounts will catched eventually, it's only a question of time.

I don't get the fuss about guild ladder. You are aware that there are no benefits of beeing in the top ladder pvp guild? It's even good for players who're passionate about PvPing and therefor will go into one of the top PvP guilds, sooner or earlier those guilds will adjust their membership application and all will be regulated by itself.

As you said already, the chance that this will happen is very low. If you appeal and explain your case with effect spore than you are unbanned and the other user is punished for delivering fake evidence. All i see is you ranting about that case, as i said appeal and show us the pokemon, further steps are taken after that. Indeed it's a really bad move of the reporter to report the issue, however we're as said, punishing this, as it would be a fake report to get someone banned.

From the point of a gm who handles pvp reports: If someone reports a Sleep clause we see the two pokemons put to sleep and ask for the screenshot of their pokemons, to check if they have rest. If they don't have rest there is enough evidence. Yet if you got banned because of this there is a forum called "discipline section" if you deliver us sufficient evidence on your case than we unban you and will issue a punishment for the reporter since he did make a false report (be it intended or not), atleast a warning will be issued which is one step from a quiet/temporary ban. I personally don't get why you write this in an official Forum while you could have put it into appeal section and be unbanned on instant, yet you complain (there is a complaint forum) in general game talk and badtalk staff for one normal ban where you could also talk with us. We're not biting, we are not biased. If we ever are biased on our ban desicion than our leader or the player himself will complain. This is the wrong approach.

They never worked and we never said they do. Yes they are still on your account/obtainable in the future once they are fully coded. There is literally no loss for you except you bought it from other players. But as said, we never promoted them to be working, nor players should. In case someone told you they work and sold you a megastone, feel free to report the issue with screenshots that are evidence beyond any doubt.

I can understand what you mean, however I'll repeat what lunestra already said, reacting like you do with toxicity will result in more toxicity and also really give them a report reason. Just don't get provoked to that, ignore the user and report it. He'll receive a warning and on the next time we'll discuss if he's to be mute banned. I once had a case where the reporter also blackmailed someone into a trade, with no agreement at all. Ofcourse i took actions against this blackmailing attempt. I think both you and the staff could agree that the mentality of going around and telling people that they get reported for nothing is not right. We tackle this problem. A warning is marking a player for us staff, if we see someone doing offensive/rude actions again, eventhough he got warned, he will receive a harsher punishment.
