Hi [ref]Risitas[/ref], This is the bag issue, which unfortunately a fix hasn't been found for yet, the freeze isn't permanent and the game should continue after a few seconds too a minute One of the way of minimising the chance of it happening/length of time it happens for is to open your bag occasionally as you hunt Although as we understand your disappointment and frustration with the issue, it's not something which any reimbursement would be given for I'll also lock the thread since there's nothing more we can do

The island is permanent and is intended for end game which is why the requirement is high

we are discussing the future problems, that will result out of this "transit pass" call it appreciation thread or something if you don't want to hear criticism with actual facts as back up if you think the pass will cause an issue or effect the economy negatively, raise the point Arguing about it with others, leading to opinions and suggestions about everything else economy related is not feedback on the pass so can go elsewhere

Comes under same as my last post, player 1 has already effectively punished themselves so punishing them again would be pointless, unless they were reported for doing it often, in which case it would be investigated why the break the clause so often But player 1 should also speak to player 2 about what they plan to do and why as an agreement is always preferable though if player 2 shunned an attempt to correct the situation it wouldn't be viewed in a good light by staff, also player 1 should keep screenshots themselves as evidence, if player 1 just randomly logged out then player 2 will have no idea whats going on XD

If the solution is agreed between players and whoever broke the clause logs off to throw the match, I've never known there to be another punishment on top of that, staff would always rather players reach an agreement when possible over reporting each other though if someones doing it constantly then it would need to be investigated

As mentioned Bans aren't to be discussed outside of the appeal section and it can take a while for staff to get to appeals though you can bump it one every 24 hours, please don't create multiple appeal threads as this is more likely to delay a response than quicken it

My other suggestion is to download it on a PC if you can and then transfer the file over, there's been a few issues in the past when it's been downloaded on the phone itself

You're phone connected to wifi/got enough signal for a decent connection ? Have you tried restarting your phone ?

How far can you get to launching ? if you're typing username and password, what message do you get ?

Account's can't be reset unfortunately, though you could start on a different server if you've no reason not to. All of the starters are available to catch in the wild once you're far enough though

1. Guild Chat - When you join a guild, you get a chat tab for just chat inside the guild, you may need to close one of your existing tabs for it to show though (the white wrench bottom right for that chat menu) 2. Guild Promotion - The issue would be that the channel wouldn't be needed enough to stay busy, so people wouldn't use it at all. Guilds can advertise in all chat in game or in the guild sections on the forum

Since it's been a while since this was updated and with new changes it's out of date but everyone's posting here, I'll move it If it's updated again It can be moved back
