I have no MS or Exp Boost and can't access to Cerulean cave and I get my Rattata to level 100 y some hours, is not a hard work, is a quest. Think about it tematically, this is a game.

Get a Rattata in Expert Bel room at Mt Silver (level ~50) Superfang+Asurance (or Thunderbolt), kill Golbats. (Cerulean Cave is faster but maybe you cannot access yet)

For 4 days I was getting some Machop and now I have 2 solid candidates and need help to choose one of them: First IVs and EVs (at level 100): Attack: 393 30 252 Defense: 172 7 Speed: 166 30 86 Sp Atk: 128 8 Sp Def: 195 20 HP: 362 29 172 Second IVs and EVs (at level 100): Attack: 391 28 252 Defense: 189 24 Speed: 154 18 86 Sp Atk: 131 11 Sp Def: 204 29 HP: 340 7 172 I like the first one. Maybe with another EVs training with a bit more Sp Def and less Speed (since Spd is not important in Machamp because is not difficult for another Pokémon to outspeed him)... but the second one have more Sp Def... I would like to equip him with ASSAULT VEST (+50% Sp Def) Which one would you choose? :D

If you are playing the story as a new player, in my opinion, you should evolve your Pokémon in the moment they can evolve. Because for beating gym and trainers the fully evolved Pokémon stats are needed (well, not at all but it helps) After finishing the story, beating E4...(when you try to get a PvP team, for example) evolve your Pokémon AT LEAST when they learn last move you want. For the XP amount, may wait until level 98-99 to evolve, too ^^

imo Def and HP and some Sp Def for a tank Umbreon with Toxic and Moonlight/Wish. You can learn him Foul play since he has a nice Atk IVs ^^ (Protect would be nice in this set but it does not work yes sadly)

Could be similar to how games like CS:GO have a reputation system. You can only commend for: 1. Good teacher 2. Good leader 3. Friendly Of course these could be changed but like you said there is no need for a down vote button. Exactly. This is a pretty good idea. Yeah, btw remember this won't change anything beside a title, you won't get a Mew or something ^^
