You are using the Dashboard to reset your password correct? Could you try again and see if you get the same result?

Hey there nrcraddo! I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Have you tried to follow these Steps? Also make sure you are running PRO in compatibility mode and try to run it as administrator. Also make sure a firewall isn't blocking your connection. Please try these steps out, and feel free to reply if you need any additional assistance or if they help you solve the issue!

Hey there Axel02! I am sorry to hear that have experienced this inconvenience. Once you use the Dashboard to request a password change, you must wait for the email with instructions on how to proceed from there to come in. The email will have a link that you will need to click so you can reset your password. Have you tried checking your email's spam folders?

Hey there aschi! I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Have you tried these Steps? Also is it possible that a firewall may be blocking your connection? If so, you may need to create an exception for PRO in your firewall. Please try these steps out, and see if they help solve the issue :)

Try using Winrar or 7zip to help you extract the file from the zip folder. Also you may want to create an exception for PRO in your antivirus and/or firewall, as sometimes a false positive gets triggered, and then the antivirus will delete some of the files.
