Hey there, have you tried following these steps? Also try running PRO as administrator and then running it in compatibility mode. Also make sure that your drivers are up to date. Please try these steps out and see if they help you resolve the issue!

Hey there! One solution that has fixed this issue for another user was to update their mac to the latest version. You can check what version you are running by clicking on the upper left side of the screen (on the Apple) in order to check your Systems details. Please try updating your system. and then redownloading the game and then seeing if you get the same results.

Hey there! Have you tried re-downloading the Client and reinstalling it? Delete all past PRO folders and files, and clean your temp files as well. Make sure all of your drivers are up to date. Also, make sure that you are following these steps when installing the mac client. Please try these steps out, and let me know if they help you resolve the issue!

Hey there BabyBattles! I am sorry to hear that you feel like the exp boost of the membership makes the game to easy. Unfortunately, membership comes as a package that includes the exp boost, money bonus, and access to membership only spawns and places. It is not possible to separate the benefits like that, I am sorry to have to inform you of this. That being said, since this answers your question I will now lock the thread. Do i really need to download the whole 194Mb file to update?

Hey there Abnoerm. I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Unfortunately in order to update your client, you must download the new client and delete all older PRO clients in order to update your client. I apologize for the inconveniences this may cause. Hey there MasterYousef! You cannot enter blue server because the servers are currently down for maintenance for this update. When they come back up you will need to Download the new client in order to play. You can check the server status here for when the servers will come back up and check server status.
