You should tell your friend to check the status of your account on the Dashboard in order to find the length and status of his ban. If he feels like the ban was unjust, he should make a post in the Discipline Appeals sub-forum. I'd also like to remind you of our forum rules: If you have screenshots of the trade agreement between you and your friend, you should make a post in the Report Center with the proper evidence(screenshot of the trade agreement) so that your pokemon can be retrieved. However as an alternative, you can buy the items you can get from donating from other players via trade chat or the Trade Subforums for pokedollars. The Nikola boss allows you to get another chance to catch a legendary that you may have lost the chance to due to server issues, game crash, disconnecting, accidently killing it, etc if you defeat the boss.
