Yesterday while I was doing the Zekrom capture event and my house lost power, I couldn't finish it and couldn't exit the tower. This morning when I entered the game I was on PC Vermilion and I lost all the potions I had. Is there any way to get my lost potions back?

Good afternoon, dear PRO Support, I am new to the game and decided to buy the Purple Limited Haunter mount yesterday. I discovered that the Gengar version has an alternative form once you receive the Gengarite. I was wondering if it would be possible to change my Haunter mount to the Gengar version, or if I could receive the points back to do so myself (Obviously removing the already bought mount from my account). I am attempting to use the Transmat-station system in Sinnoh, however when I attempt to, it says I need to go to Hoenn to fix this. It is the first time I have logged on in a while and I know the questline was previously bugged, is there any way to remediate this? -

My exp share bugged out suddenly and wouldnt attach to any poke,so i relogged and then it completely vanished. It isnt even in any poke from pc,completely poofed. would be great if i could have my only xp share back
