+1 i like kylo ren's idea, but i think it could show both typing, so like, above the name of the pokemon it shows the typing, and then the moves show the damage multiplier

Yes, totally like that, it would help A LOT and would be more clean and easy to do than a box of weaknesses

The combination of the 2 photos, the one with kadabra and the one with gyarados would do it perfectly for me!! Love it!

In theory I could even add the damage calculation in the client so you can see the approximated damage but I don't think that should be added at all. Especially in PvP knowledge (or effort) should be rewarded. Even if we decided to add something like this it would probably never be added for PvP.

IMO adding type information just for wild battles and non-boss NPC battles is fine, anyone who goes into PVP or bossing usually already understand the basics of the game and the meta anyway, so they don't need weakness information anymore, just disable it for PVP and bosses.

Well this box is already there, its empty, i don't see no reason why not to add some useful information inside..

but that box isn't empty hazards are shown there, btw nice suggestion it'll be cool :D
