You need a loppuny female ot max happiness with : sweet kiss/ baby doll eyes/ charm/ teeter dance

For Mega Garchomp, after talking to all the book shelf within Canalave Library, Cynthia is on the second floor Canalave Library 2F.

 

Also, the Super Boss Tourist line up is Garchomp (with Fire Blast and Dragon Tail), Sigilyph, Golurk, another Garchomp, Cofagrigus, and Clefable.

 

Cynthia line up: Spiritomb (I highly recommend lead with Electrode or an Ampharos spam Eerie Impulse and Flash.) Lucario (Sashed + Swords Dance), Togekiss, Milotic, Roserade, and Mega Garchomp.

FOr the mega lopunny it doesnt need to be lvl 100 got it with the lvl 58 loppuny

Your flying type pokemon with fire and dragon type moves needs 60 total IVs in atk, def, sp atk and speed for the Mega Charizard X NPC to accept it.

I'd like to contribute.

For garchompite quest, Garchomp doesn't need to be your OT. 

For mega Ampharos quest, you can submit rotom in place of tynamo, because it's an electric type and has levitate as well.
