As the title goes,z-moves have been there in randoms since a long time. Normal ranked PvP has been the same since a long time. We do not know the findings about the suspect test but I have a feeling no player will dislike this change being done permanent. Since I started playing this game in 2021, no new thing has been added permanently in normal Ranked PvP. When they say this game needs new content, adding Z-Moves in Ranked PvP can also be one way. If someone dislikes the change, with time, they will adapt as well provided the majority of the PvP player base agrees to it.

 

It will change the meta and let players try out new teams and hopefully everyone will enjoy it more. The last major update in ranked PvP was adding Megas ig?

Agreed, at least to get rid of flatness, maybe this month it will be banned, next month it won't and so on, same goes to ninja, mega mawile/sableye xD
