I know that breeding has been removed but how about bosses. They already give pokemon as rewards. So, how about they give pokemon eggs instead rather then pokemon.

 

It will give the eggs tab in our inventory a use. And add more flavour and difficulty to boss rewards as ivs are already visible.

 

The rarity can depend on colour of eggs and difficulty of boss. The type on speciality of the boss defeated.

Not sure how that changes a lot or anything? I would still receive a pokemon as reward in the end.
Also the egg-slot was removed from the bag recently.

Oh I meant it was more difficult hatching an egg then just recieving a ready mon. Also most og Nintendo pokemon players are too accustomed to breeding and hatching.

 

Check steps to hatch a starter, eevee or pseudo legendary. U would be amazed how much u need to walk.

Plus it will create a whole new scope in economy. U don't know what iv it has till it hatches. Making players more keen to sell these with this mystery factor.

Also this can create scope for an incubator like item in coin shop. And create a new career for players (in service) if u assign eggs an ID too.

I disagree. It won't create anything new for the economy. It will still be a random Pokemon out of the possible ones from Boss X with random nature, ability and IVs.
Also if bosses would be the only egg source then making a coin shop item for, lets say faster hatching, is simply not worth it.

Also a note from a "OG Nintendo Player": Breeding and Hatching is insanely boring, removes any sort of hype about getting a Pokemon with correct nature/IVs and is simply a absolut horrible design for a MMO no matter how hard you nerf it.

Hello, we might add breeding as alternative to hunting without being able to influence the IVs or ability in the future but we won't add eggs like that.
