An acronym for "random number generator" or "random number generation", it refers to the process by which computers generate apparently random numbers, essentially the computer equivalent of 'chance'.

Shadow Tag doesn't trap everything, this was fixed hence I linked the Update logs as a source of my quote

  • Sleep Clause: If you have already put a Pokemon on your opponent's side to sleep, and it is still sleeping, you cannot put another one to sleep.
This rules is not induced by self-sleep inducing moves, such as Rest. Screenshots of all slept Pokemon's movesets, whilst you are in the active battle, is required in this clause.
    • Regarding Natural Cure- Two Pokemon can be put to sleep if, and only if, the first Pokemon has natural cure (The reverse order would violate the clause as the Natural Cure Pokemon would be on the field asleep with an additional Pokemon being asleep in the party). If you assume a Pokemon has natural cure and you are wrong then you risk being punished for violation.

Am I allowed to put Blissey to sleep, then Celebi and then another pokemon; meaning all Natural Cure pokemon?

Yes. You could also do it if you put Blissey to sleep then Celebi then Starmie then Altaria then Roserade then another pokemon meaning you could have his entire team asleep at one time

They are not asleep if they switch out though.

So I guess you just answered your own question then.

No, you may use Curse and Baton Pass. You however can not pass an increase in Speed in combination with another stat.

Oh nice then. Rules doesn't mention that only the increase of speed with another stat is banned. It may be pointed by the rules. Thank you
