Hi is torment working correctly? i tried using it with klefki against bosses but the boss pokes can still use the same move in a row

The move Defog should affect the opponents evasion, but it is not listed under the bannable moves for this clause. Is it allowed?

Defog is allowed because it lowers the opponent's evasion. Evasion clause states that moves that are +evasion or -accuracy are banned so defog does not fall under either category.
