Explanation (Bugged/ Not Yet Coded): Protect prevent hazard (steal rock,..).

Description of Bug/ Not Code: When you use steal rock and your opposent protect, steal rock cant work.

How it should be: All the entry hazard are not affected by protect (sr, spikes, toxic spikes, sticky web) according to bulbapedia.

Evidence (video/ others): I can if needed, easy too test.

since they cant be used without stockpile..

Hopefully its coded sometime, adding a limit to a move has been done already, copying it over could be done based on other moves.
