Edit : My issue has been fixed by itself after 15 minutes

Hello! I did a try the quest to get in sinnoh and i lost the last battle with Pluton. So i went again in Lilycove to find Paul to teleport me in Littleroot and he has vanished

Hello my Quest ins Bugged too, after i missclicked in my Backback i Used a Escape Rope and came to Lilycove City, and the Paul NPC is Gone :/

That's not a bug go back to the Route 101.
