Hello, I accidentally released a pokemon while clearing my PC and only realised it after i was done with it all. Good day @Ventus888 I am sorry that you are experiencing issues. Have you tried to enter the room in the top right corner of the Bug Catching Contest Hall? Genesect resides there and after turning in a Pokemon with 140 IV to the contest judge you should have been granted access to this room. If you are unable to enter that room, could you provide me with a screenshot of any text that appears when denied entry. That would greatly help in further troubleshooting.
