Hi, I am stuck in the Lake Trio quest.This happened a long time ago, right fter I finished the 4th region (Sinnoh). While testing the trade system back then,I accidentally transferred the Adamant Orb (the quest item required to fight/interact with Dialga) to my other account. Now, I don't have the item on my main account and I am completely unable to finish the quest or progress further. Could a Game Master or Support staff please reset this part of my quest or restore the missing Adamant Orb to my account?Please check my trade logs if needed. I know it was a long time ago, but I hope you can verify the transfer of the Adamant Orb between my accounts in your system. Thank you for your help!

Hello! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. The regional and online playtime requirements have been removed from all quests, so you should be able to complete them even if you have 0 hours of playtime. To start the Lake Trio quest, you need to be a Sinnoh Champion and have the caught data of all non-legendary Pokémon from Generation 4 in your Pokédex. From what I can see, you're only missing Bastiodon's caught data to complete the Pokédex requirement, which is why you can't start the quest yet. Kind regards. Hallowglow.

Atm im with windows 11, i tuned off the option for unknown software, so it shouldn't be blocked any files.

A lot of things have been already said but to me this quest MUST stay hardcore,we love PRO for quests like this that are exhausting and very challenging,earning the right to access Dark Star Spots and farming 2 semi-legs at the same time shouldn't be watered down,the 24H farm reduced to 12H and the 10K minimum score to be in the ladder were needed to avoid lowballers groups-guilds who submit 2-3 pokes and give up the quest,it messed up for everyone,so outside of these two things,i think that the Dark Star Quest is fine as it is now.

i cant proceed because it says 0 hours plays in sinnoh region. i cant get my legendary poke . pls fix it want to get my halloween forms :( already done with seen data of lake trio also arceus,dialga and palkia

Hello there, You can use the command /gkick <username> to remove any member, including Officers, whether they are online or not but if you want to demote officers, then they will have to be online only then you will be able to demote them by using /gdemote [username] or by clicking on thier username choosing from the options. Hello PRO Staff and Community, I am a Guild Leader and I am facing an issue with managing my guild members. There are some Guild Officers who have been offline for a long time. I want to either demote them or kick them out of the guild to clean up the inactive roster. However, the game does not allow me to demote them while they are offline, and because they hold the Officer rank, I cannot kick them directly either. Could you please guide me on how I can remove or demote these offline officers? Is there any specific command or way to do this, or can a staff member help me clear these inactive officers from my guild? Thank you! 1enough

Thank you for the wonderful feedback, and bringing those issues to light. I will look into them as soon as I can. Everything should be logged in your appdata/local (you may need to show hidden files). Export/Import are available under File. If you only open the tracker, it will appear blank until the client is detected. This was a failsafe to keep data from being written by 1 tracker when 2 were accidently opened (tracking same client).
