Hello, sorry for the delay. You currently do not possess any Bell that is required to catch the Legendary Beasts. You obtain this bell by completing the quest related to them. Here is a quest guide if you would like to use it. Since you do not have this bell, there is no way for you to have caught any of the Legendary Beasts. However, once you complete this part and obtain the bell, then you will be able to battle the guardian for your Suicune. Keep in mind that it will be guaranteed with three wins after obtaining the bell. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please let me know.
