Someone messaged me in game yesterday i unfortunately wanted to add him as a friend as he had a hlw ralts which i want to buy now, i forgot to add him and now dont know how to find him. can any mod pls help me with this. will appreciate it

I found it, sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

Dear Staffs, Some time ago (I don’t recall exactly when), I purchased a Volcarona with the "Swarm" ability from another player—I don’t have a screenshot of it, but I do remember seeing it in my PC recently. Today, however, when I went to use it for PvP, I couldn't find it. Could you please help me check its ID? I’m worried that I might have accidentally released it, or perhaps I traded it away and someone else currently has it. Looking forward to hearing from you

Hello Admin, During the Halloween Darkrai event, I followed all the steps exactly as shown in a YouTube guide. However, when I talked to Professor Oak, I didn't have to battle him. He simply gave me a regular Charmander instead of the Clone Charmander. Could you please check if this was a bug and, if possible, replace my regular Charmander with the Clone Charmander? Thank you for your help!

+1 and You should write the effects alongside the moves.

Hello, I accidentally released the wrong Pokemon. Could you restore it please? Thank you in advance.

Hello! I'm very sorry for the delay. The item has been removed, and your PvE Coins have been refunded. Please note that not all PvE/PvP items are tradeable. To check which PvE items are tradeable during the current season, you can refer to the official Discord, #announcements channel. As for PvP items, Prestige Mounts are tradeable, but regular Legendary Mounts are not. If you ever have any doubts about an item's tradeability, feel free to ask us here on the forum or through the in-game chat. We'll be happy to help! Since everything has been resolved, I'll go ahead and close this thread. If you need anything else in the future, please feel free to create a new one. Kind regards. Hallowglow.

Hello Hallowglow, Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, I went to Professor Oak's Lab in Pallet Town and interacted with the PC as requested, but it did not resolve the issue. My Pokédex data still appears to be missing, and I am still unable to access Shamouti Island. Could you please forward my case to the appropriate team for further investigation, as you mentioned? Thank you for your continued assistance! Kind regards, Nofuture
