Hello LobsterCorgi, I'm extremely sorry about this. I understand that this is disappointing and frustrating. If you are referring to the Rotom in Sinnoh then, unfortunately, a second chance is not possible. Second chances are only available for legendaries after you battle Nikola. However, there are still other ways that you can obtain Rotom. It is a boss reward from Morty in Hoenn. He is located in Mt. Pyre 4F. You will be able to choose Rotom when you beat him three consecutive times. You can find more information about this boss in the boss guide here. You can also come across Rotom in the Haunted Excavation site. This is located in Hoenn as well, specifcally at Rusturf Tunnel. A guide on Excavation Sites is located here. Next, Rotom is a syncable prize from the PVE Coin Master. There is one coin master in the Battle Tower Entrance, and it costs 50 PVE coins. You can gain these coins through various activities such as Battle Tower. This rewards 25 coins if you win, and the cooldown is 4 days. More information about PVE is in this guide. Docile is (iv for : defense+, and defense-) so, this is failure /trash gligar i think, though its have nice iv. but gligar best nature if not adam(he need atk), or impish(he good at def). so, if iv atk = 09 is tooo loow, and the nature is wrong too. so i think even u sell it, it ll be low price or bad probability no one will buy it, better u catch and hunt Gligar again. that my help, thanks for share. :) glad to help :)

Punishment Policy What is the Punishment Policy The Punishment Policy is a system created to help the Staff Members to ensure that every single player is treated fairly and equally when it comes to issuing a punishment for a violation of the Game Rules. It is good, however, to point out that punishments escalate based on the punishment history of the user being punished. For example, two users might receive different punishments (i.e., type of punishment + number of days) for breaking the same exact rule if one of them has already violated said rule while the other has not. Terminology Severity levels : A method that staff use to help categorize the severity of various infractions. Mute : Prevents the user from using Public Chats for a specified period of time. Quiet Ban : Completely prevents the user from talking in PMs, Public Chats and Local Chat for a specified period of time. Trade Ban : Prevents the user from trading or sending Mails for a specified period of time. Temporary Server Ban : Completely prevents the user from logging in to the server for a specified period of time. Perm Ban : Permanently prevents the user from logging in to the server.
