Hi there. The servers are currently down due to the new client update maintenance. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for when the update will be finished. Afterwards, you should be able to log on again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once the update is complete. For more information on the new updates added this patch, please check out the Update Logs. Are some Pokémon stuck in your party and you would like to have them removed? If so, please post a reply with your in-game name and your server. A Staff member will remove them from your team and place them in the last slots of your PC. Please remove all items held by your stuck Pokémon, otherwise you may lose the items. Why did this happen? There are two possible ways why it happened to you. Our client had a bug. All Pokémon you caught (Only counts for players in story mode) may had a wrong region as caught region. This means when you were in Johto, you caught Pokémon which were accidentally registered as Kanto Pokémon in our database. As you cannot use Kanto Pokémon in Johto until you have 8 badges, they will be stuck and cannot be removed as player. A merge issue. Sometimes when you merge your account, while you haven't finished the story part of your current region, your party may contain few old Pokémon of your previous regions. As you cannot use Pokémon from previous regions until you have 8 badges in your current region, they become stuck in your party. When a staff member removes them, can I use them later? They will be locked in your PC until you have completed 8 badges in your current region. We can unfortunately not avoid that, but they will not be deleted! Can I avoid that? Sadly, no. However, once we have removed the Pokémon from your party, the bug shouldn't occur again. Will I get any problem when I don't let them be removed? No, but they are stuck in your party and you cannot re-order them. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hello, I'm also having the issue that my clothes, or Cyan Gothic Dress, turned into Purple Gothic Dress. Redownloading the game did not fix the issue. From what I've gathered, the issue (or part of it) seems to revolve around the Gothic Dresses, as I've seen the following: -Autumn Cloth turning into Gothic Dress -Gothic Dress changing color -Gothic Dress disappearing. (probably turned into a different item) I've also had a guild member mention that her Cat Ears were also gone. It seems to me that there's an offset in ID happening around the Gothic dresses, which causes them to become the next item in ID order.

Hello all, I am bored and trying to suggest this; Pokemarts sell items, base on how many badges you own in the region. Some of the original games have pokemart that sell items, only if you have certain number of badges. Maybe this feature can be installed in, lets say, the SINNOH region? For an example, 1 ~ 2 badges > pokeballs and potion and antidotes! 3 ~ 5 badges > greatballs and super potion and other single-status healing potion! + above... 6 or 7 badges > ultraballs and hyper potion and revive and full heal! + above... 8(all) badges > unique pokeballs to each town's pokemart, like HEAVY/NET balls e.g. and battle booster(dire hit) and above... Any number of badges > repels and escape ropes! So is this suggestion okay? no?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The servers are currently down due to a maintenance for the new update. Unfortunately, there is no Estimated Time as to when they'll be up. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. Furthermore, there are several visual bugs that come with the Android Client and therefore it's been removed. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when it's fixed and when the servers are up. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

Pokemon markings, PC box re-naming are features from the original games; I fully support those feature to be installed in any future updates. The pokemon tabs in the PC boxes is already quite small, adding checkboxes might clutter it. (Also, this might be a problem for phone gamers... ) Mass deleting is not something I will like; already a number of players delete pokemons by mistake(see fourm) and asking for them back. There is no records of pokemon we deleted, chance are, more of us will make that mistake! Since we on the topic of PC box management, I suggest the name, lvls and typing, be removed from the tabs in the boxes. If we cannot nickname them, no use in keeping the name on. Most of us can tell the typing from the pokemon's image, no? I do not see levels of the pokemons, are a good way to sort or remember our pokemons in the storage. Anyway, I am just a casual player, I might be wrong on many things, do correct me if I did!!

Hello friends, I believe that you do not have all the Akatsuki movement sprite, since this is the print of my Guild, I decided to make the complement of the costume of Deidara to put in the image and I will leave this one here for you. These Sprites were based on the Boss De Hoenn but modified to incorporate movement in the game, it was made with unique intention and to add new clothes to the wall of our Guild Magikarp the greater Brazilian guild uniting all the Servers with more than 300 members.

I dont use discord, And the website permanently displaying "server online" is very annoying.

The servers are locked while fixes are being made to the new update of the game. You'll need to download the newest client as soon as it is released.

This should never be lowered a transfer brings in a lot of money onto a new server, this would inflate the money even more. It should be raised but not lowered. It should show any type of progression, for example how far are you into the daycare tiers or cooldowns for every aspect of the game. This still should have a limit to a certain extend (e.g 10000 pokemon and 999999999$) This should be limited to a certain amount e.g You can only recover 25 pokemon per account It should be only possible to the level 98, you will never need 3 levels to evolve something to the final stage. I personally don't like this, the value of a pokemon is heavily depending on various factors. This will only lead to absurd disagreements for sellers and buyers. Let the free market decide the price, a price suggestion from PRO staff or statistics is not the best idea. This should be a an opt-in feature, some guilds will probably get spammed with invite requests due to their status. Leaders and Officers should both have this feature. This should be a non refundable transaction, so if someone decides to donate it should be a donation to the guild and unrecoverable. Guild leaders and opt-in for Officers, I trust my officers to not do anything stupid with those things. This should be lowered to a reasonable amount given that quite a lot of stuff was added to drain money of the servers, somewhere around 10-15mil would be fine with me. There should be one special spawn that you can freely choose from (the Pokemon has to be available) This should be decided very carefully, I really don't wanna see a spawn like Pal Park again. :P Tutors, TM Teacher, Pre-Evo Tutor, Event move Tutors, Smeargle Tutor I feel like they all should be available to choose from. I think the fee is fine but it should have a cooldown for example just once a month. This should not matter unless it is tied to server issues, if someone has the 20$mil they should be allowed to buy the island even if it just for himself. A guild island could be a deciding factor to join a guild. This will highly discourage newer players, it should be lowered to 100 hours in my opinion. There is virtually no reason to even have an hour requirement Why? It should be like the Vulcan Island that you can only enter the Guild Island if you are the champion for the region.

Managing the guild logo would be way easier than ingame. Leaders and Officers of a guild should be able to Pixel-Art on the forums to get their guild-logo done online (maybe even make us able to import a picture with the correct resolution).
