Hey there! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. Recently the servers have been unstable due to proxy server issues. There is nothing we can do about it because the issue is on the server providers end. We’re always trying to improve the server stability but crashes are unpredictable and can happen anytime. The developers are already aware of this and are trying to look for a new proxy server to reduce the crashes. Unfortunately, you won’t be given anything you lost in a crash. We recommend to not do any pvp battles, bosses as well as safari during these times. Again, we are sorry for your case, however, further action can not be taken as it would be unfair to other players who had a similar situation with their losses in the past where we didn't refund their money. i think we should keep it on schedule with how many we've had in the past, and keep it with that. The first free safari event on record in the announcement channel in the discord, is from march 2019. Since the game is from 2015, that means in that 4 year time span there has been 1. Then the year goes to 2020, and 2021, and we get one more, statistically this could mean two things. Either once randomly in a 5 year gap, or once randomly in a 4 year gap. So to conclude now we naturally just have to wait 2-3 years until we get another one depending on what type of gap it is

2 days disconnected in bcc the first one is i caught a shiny then today after i caught hera then being battled some random then server crash .... imagine 2 days i spend my 20mins in bcc for nothing +1 no compensation for server crash

We appreciate your input, but after reviewing the map for further investigation we found that the safari map has more than adequate grass for comfortable hunting. Perhaps try another row if you’re not getting the results you want, but as it currently stands adding additional grass would turn the map into a somewhat cluttered mess. i feel like doing that wouldn't be possible, but i could be wrong, because normally when you log out during battle it considers it as a black out, so you get teleported back to your last visited pokemon center, which is the case here. i like the idea though, i jsut don't know how easy it would be to add
