Of course. After the already mentioned trade, you traded a 29/22 Blacephalon to "Unbannedme", then you traded a 18/22 Blacephalon and a Charizard in exchange for a Golduck, with "Nhokon". With the large number of forms available in the game, it becomes difficult to keep track of what you have. In order to address this I have made a spreadsheet with all forms that I could find (from the PRO wiki and through the PRO Discord posts. Currently it is updated through Easter 2025. Gary NPC gives you that text when it's on cooldown, try revisiting it 3 days after the last battle and you will be able to fight again! I hope this information helps. Unfortunately, that is how RNG works, but everything equals out in the end. I'll give you an example, User A can get 2 shiny pokemon in 1 day, while User B hunts for 2 weeks and still don't get a shiny. User A has encountered 5.000 pokemon and got 2 shinies and User B encountered 12.000 pokemon and got no shinies. Lets say that both players play this game for an absurd amount of time, and both players get to 820.000 encounters, both the User A and User B will have approx. 100 shinies caught, give or take few. When you look at the bigger numbers, you see that almost all results become more or less the same. There isn't such thing as "account luck", all accounts have the same rates, of course the RNG is different for everyone, it is self-explanatory (**Random** Number Generator). Most of the players in short-term hunts experience what we call an "average RNG" which is just an average on the probability chart, but there has to be some extreme cases when you look into anything that is recorded with only a fraction of the data needed for the "average" results. Extreme cases start to fade away when you collect more and more data. Someone can get really "lucky" in 1 game event, but that person can get nothing good in the next event, in the end, everything evens out. I hope this clears out some things for you.

If you are sure that all your information is correct, you will most probably get a verification email, but it might take some time for it to arrive, since there is currently a bigger delay then usually. Regarding the problem that you pointed out, about the other user that had an issue, their email was written incorrectly. That issue was much quicker to get resolved, since we can change it, but we cannot have an impact on the verification emails delay. Hello @L12, thank you for reaching out to us. The IV's of the monkeys have to be summed up to a number that is higher then 90. In your case, Panpour has 96 IV's, which makes him "strong enough", while Pansear and Pansage have 87 and 88, just slightly below the requirement. I hope this information helps. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, because when you got disconnected, it closed the dialogue with the NPC, making you not able to get the reward. Things like this happen to everyone from time to time, and in the end, it's just a boss fight that you can revisit every once in a while. Don't worry, the costumes are a random reward, so you still have a chance to get it every time you battle that same boss again. This might not be the response you were hoping to get, and I apologize for that. Since this is resolved, I'm gonna lock this topic now. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Can you try to remember what was the last part of the Sinnoh quest you did? you can try to revisit every step of the quest after the interaction with Paul and see if your quest is bugged or not. Examining the entrance will allow the player to enter the hideout, on the condition that it is the current point of the story, that is right after completing Mt. Pyre's Magma Encounter and receiving the Blue Orb and Red Orb. Furthermore, it is not possible to return inside once the hideout has been completed. The Magma encounter ends after seeing the event with the two leaders and Jackson at the very end of the summit and speaking with the old man. If you interacted with the entrance at the right time in the story, can you please send the screenshot of what the old man says, if you are still on that part of the story? If it's a problem with the Coin Shop, you should click on orange button that says "Get Coins" and from there select the amount of Coins you would like to purchase.
