Hello @Slouchleroux I'm sorry to hear you're having problems playing on the Gold server. As you are able to log in to the Silver server, are you able to log out of Silver and try to log in to the Gold server without typing in your password? If that still gives you an error, can you please take a screenshot of the problem? It looks like you have been able to log in to Gold in the past, with the last log in dated in 2021, so the account should be accessible.
