  2. Hey @MadMaxIsBack91, Im sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, when you enter the Safari and lose your connection in any way, that means by a lost internet connection, due a server crash, a lag or other things, you will be kicked out. This is basicly not a bug. We apologize any lost data because of a server crash or rollback but unfortunately we can not refund any lost money, items, Pokémon or game data at all. Once again, sorry, but there is nothing that can be done in your case. With this being said, I will lock this topic. I wish you a good day. Regards Xylos

  8. Hey @Marillium108, the Blue and Red server were merged into one server and is called Silver now. The Yellow server stay´s alone but is called Gold from now on. However, to be able to play on the Silver server and continue your game, you have to merge your Red and Blue account profiles. For that, take a look at our merge FAQ.   10. Hey @yiizy69972, dont worry, your Red data is not deleted. The Blue and Red server were merged into one server and is called Silver now. The Yellow server stay´s alone but is called Gold from now on. However, to be able to play on the Silver server (which contains your Red data) and continue your game, you have to merge your Red and Blue account profiles. For that, take a look at our merge FAQ.     Hey @Blade10, the 280/280 bar is the HP (Hit Points) bar and shows you the current health of your Pokémon. To check the happiness of your Pokémon use the command /happy 1-6 at the chat. The number depends on the Pokémon in your team you want to check. For more information about the happiness of a Pokémon check out this guide. Regards Xylos
  15. Hey @Fatallty, Im sorry for this inconvenience. This may be happen because of a bug which occours when you merge your account but havent finished all regions. In case the Magnemite is caught in a other regions as your current one, it is placed in your party by this bug and you are not supposed to carry it. If you want, I can move your Magnemite into your Pc box. You can find the original region of the Pokémon next to its name when you open its information card. Kind regards Xylos

    Hey @Blade10, could you provide a screenshot of the mentioned issue? You can check the exact ammount of happiness of your Pokémon by typing the command /happy 1-6 into the ingame chat bar. Regards Xylos
  18. Hey @Bodich, it is possible to obtain Mounts outside of the coin shop due the trade chat, solving quests, defeating certain bosses or saving up PvP/PvE Coins. Using the trade chat is basicly buying a mount but possible without any real money investment. Besides that you can solve quests like the Arcanine Mount quest. There are also mount rewards during special events like the past Halloween event or Christmas event. Other events are comming, stay tuned! :) A other method to get a mount is defeating certain bosses like Boss Surge who is dropping a Manectric mount by chance. Saving up Pvp or PvE coins and exchange them for a choice of different mounts at a PvP Coin Master (Located in Vermilion, Olivine, Mauvile and Canalave City) or PvE Coin Master (Located in Battle Tower (Fight aeria - Sinnoh)) is also a option.   19. Hey @Hollowfied, Im sorry for this inconvenience. Like you have already assumed, it is indeed a bug which can occur when you merge your account while you havent finished all regions. However, your mentioned Pokémon are moved into your Pc box. Any other Pokémon you can not move? Regards Xylos
  20. Hey @BurningKitty, Indeed Quagsire does learn Rock Slide but only if taught by a Tm. Quagsire wont learn Rock Slide from a tutor, that's not a bug and is supposed to be like that. You can take a look at this page for a proof: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Quagsire_(Pokémon) You can buy TM48 - Rock Slide at Goldenrod Mart (Johto) for $3,000.
