  2. Hey @Tony3003, is there any specific reason why you cant enter the lab? Like a dialogue or a message appearing when you try to? Would it also be possible to make a screenshot how you try to enter the lab in Sandgem Town? This might show us the reason why you cant enter. Regards Xylos

  7. If that, you may have choosen the wrong mail. You can see your currently connected e mail when you click on your profile and click on Account Details. There should be your e mail shown. Your name is the same as shown in for forum, [uSER=1630463]GreYerG in[/uSER] your case. Check if your e mail is different to the one you used to change your account password. Regards Xylos

  9. Make sure to use this link: https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ When you can login there, try to merge your account. [spoiler=How to merge.] Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on Merge is required! Step 2: Done! When you get a error message, saying that you have a Invalid Username or Password, try to request a new password by clicking on Forgott Password. And in case you cant even enter the merge page, try to clear your cache and cookies or try to use a other web browser. Let me know if it works. Regards Xylos

Hey[uSER=1942323] JohnyJs7[/uSER], if you really have all requirements, you take the same train as always (The one at your screenshot) and at the train track you will be asked if you want to travel to Trainers Valley for a extra fee of $10.000.   15. Hey @GreYerG, could you specify your problem? Whats the exact issue, cant you login because of a "Invalid password or user name" or do you want to change your password at all? If you just want to change your password, do it here but make sure its alphanumerical. Regards Xylos

  18. Is your brother playing with the same device? Because at the screen you showed me, there is no money loaded and you also should be able to move, even if you wouldnt have Pokémon in your party. Those are usually clear indices for a not correct loaded game. Regards Xylos

  20. Hey @MizuWyvern, dont worry, your Blue data is not deleted. The Blue and Red server were merged into one server and is called Silver now. The Yellow server stay´s alone but is called Gold from now on. However, to be able to play on the Silver server (which contains your Blue data) and continue your game, you have to merge your Red and Blue accounts. For that take a look at our merge FAQ. In case you should have any problems, take a look at our merge issue FAQ. As the issue should be solved with this answer, I will lock this topic now. :) Kind regards Xylos
