Hi there, Shiftry can learn Rock Slide, but he needs to be taught Rock Slide using a TM; he cannot learn Rock Slide from a move tutor. I've tested using TM48 - Rock Slide on my own Shiftry and can confirm that he can learn Rock Slide To obtain the Rock Slide TM, you can buy it from Goldenrod Mart for $3,000 PokeDollars. Hi there, In most cases, this happens due to security issue settings; could you do the following: Go to the settings Scroll down & select option “security.” Check on the option “Unknown sources.” Additionally, if you have an antivirus or cleaner app installed on your device, please disable it temporarily when downloading as it could be blocking PRO's download. If either of these fixes don't work, please have a look at How to Fix Parse Error article and try the other fixes listed in here. If they all don't work for you, please let me know! Hi there, If you press F2 to open up the console, and then type in clearmaps, the maps should be reloaded and the Nurse Joy should start working for you. You'll have successfully done it if you see "MapData has been reset. Restart PRO for changes to take effect." come up in your console. If you have further issues, let me know. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi there, There is not currently an event of such going on; the newest client update was mainly due to taking out the old Blue server, and re-naming Red and Yellow to Silver and Gold respectively. Hi there, The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Red server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file. Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts. Please note that you will be unable to continue your progress if you do not merge. Merging is very simple: Merge Steps: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! Again, your Pokemon and items should be safe, but you need to complete the merge between your Red and Blue account. Also, make sure you select your proper main server if you do not want to inherit the story and dex data of your secondary server. In order to play on the Silver server, you will need to merge your Blue and Red account, even if you've never played on Red before. You can do that on the dashboard. Hi there, Your screenshot is completely normal if you've never played on the Gold server before. This is the starting area for new players and you'll need to head down to the first town. If you want to continue with all your Pokemon, items, badges etc. from Blue server, you will need to play on Silver, not Gold. Kind Regards, Astraea.
