  2. Hi there, Apologies for the delay of reponse; could you make sure your system meets the minimum requirements to run PRO?: If so, could you try to do a fresh re-install of PRO? Additionally, try to add PRO to your antivirus/firewall exceptions, or turn both off while extracting the game. You may also try to run the game in administrator mode. Often times, this problem happens because of an improper installation; make sure when you open your PRO folder, you can see your UnityPlayer.dll file, as shown below: Let me know how these steps work for you. When a server crashes unexpectedly, there is no ETA I'm afraid. If it's been two days and you still haven't received a verification e-mail, it's highly possible the e-mail provider you're trying to use simply will not receive the e-mails from our site.   13. Hi there, Sorry to hear that you lost access to your current e-mail. You can change your e-mail by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting "Account Details". You should be brought to a landing page; on the e-mail line, click "Change" and you'll be prompted to change your e-mail. Now, you'll be prompted to enter in the new e-mail and your current password; keep in mind that you may need to reconfirm this e-mail, so make sure it's typed in correctly! Did your PC blue screen, or does this happen only when you load up PRO and appears to be a graphical error? Do you have any generated crash logs that may assist us in troubleshooting this incident? I'd also double check and make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements to run this game, and to also make sure that you've downloaded the proper version according to your OS and system.   18. Hi there, If your Pokemon can learn Giga Drain by level-up and you've surpassed the level where you're supposed to learn it, you can go to a Move Relearner to re-teach your Pokemon Giga Drain. (If you're unsure, you can look up your Pokemon in your Pokedex and check what level it learns Giga Drain).
