  9. Hi there, Apologies for the inconvenience. First, I'd like to say that potions will not force your Pokemon to exceed it's health cap; as your Vaporeon has a max health pool of 180, potions will not force your Pokemon's health to go any higher than that. Second, we've recently updated some of our game elements to Generation 7 mechanics, which includes Hyper Potions being decreased to 120HP healed instead of 200HP. Hi there, Unfortunately, you lost to the Reroll Ticket Boss, and we cannot reset the boss for you as it would set an unhealthy precedent for future requests, and it'd also be unfair to other players who didn't get another chance. Fulfilling all these requests to reset bosses would also put a load on staffs' hands, taking time away from other more impending duties we have. I regret to inform you that it is impossible to tell through the database if you truly received your easter egg Lunch Box or not, as it appears at one point in your PRO journey, you've had one before. I'm afraid to say that we cannot refund your Lunch Box. Lastly, players who were disciplined at one point (quietbanned, trade banned, etc.) did not receive the 40 coins. I'm afraid that this is intended and we will not be giving players who have broken the rules in the past 40 coins. Hi there, Unfortunately, due to how some move tutor scripts are coded, the money is taken once you select "Yes" from this dialogue: As stated in the dialogue, if you decline on learning the move in the move learning dialogue, the price cannot be refunded, as the Pokedollars were already taken as a result: Apologies for this; in the future, please be a bit more careful when teaching your Pokemon tutor moves, as this is just how the tutor operates at the moment. Hi there, I have just tested and can confirm that the Pokecenter Easter Plateau heals and functions just like any other Pokecenter: Therefore, I can confirm that it is not bugged; could you try to heal again? If it does not heal, this may be something to do with your connection to the server. I would highly suggest the following steps: You should also troubleshoot your connection; you can check out a few guides that I've found and personally use: Quick Windows Networking Fixes (Windows Only) and Troubleshooting with Ping and Traceroutes (Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux supported). Also, is your ISP Comcast? There have been recent reports of connectivity issues with said provider and may be worth looking into. Looking forward to your answer; until then, have a great day!
